Reviewed By blpintn53Very comfortable hotel. My only concern was with the attitude of the individual who handled my check-in when I arrived. I discussed the issue with the GM the next day and hopefully that has been resolved. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Good one night stay in convenient area

PROS: Location - right off 400, close to lots of stores and restaurants, 15 mi to N Ga Outlets, Starbucks, food, gas all very close Parking - plenty of spaces, self parking, no charge the park The hotel did not seem crowded, which was nice. No lines/waiting/hassle Heated indoor pool - our girls used this and enjoyed it Friendly Staff - they were cheerful and check in/check out was easy & painless They accommodated early check in request (1 hr), high floor and same floor rooms Room - comfortable beds, clean and spacious (esp the suite) Clever touches ("firm" and "soft" stitched into the pillow cases, plenty of hooks, built in bench for luggage, desk with lots of charging ports) Mini fridge in room that wasn't crammed with items for sale (they should consider adding a few gratis liquid creamers for the coffee - powdered creamer is blech!) It was quiet at night in spite of being near the hwy and in a busy commercial area Hot breakfast was included with our rate CONS: This is not a luxury hotel - no valet, room service, spa, etc. but you don't PAY for that Some areas of our room showed its age - chipped paint, cabinetry a little worn In room coffee was terrible (but that's true for most hotel chains at this price point) Hot breakfast was just ok, nothing amazing but there were plenty of choices Front desk staff was thin - once when we called, no one answered; another time they were in the back and we had to call out to them to have them come talk to us Security - anyone could walk in the front; elevators did not require key to access upper floors; exterior doors on the sides did require key access (thank goodness!) Overall, it was a solid choice for what we were doing. I would recommend it for those who are looking for a clean, comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

Located near The Collection at Forsyth shopping center off US-19, we are less than a mile from Forsyth Conference Center and Lanier Technical College. We are within a few minutes of many restaurants, businesses, and entertainment venues. Lake Lanier is just 15 minutes away, with beach access, parks, and water recreation.
Extended Stay Hotel
Reviewed By BelindaJ770We stayed here twice in the month of January. What you need to know is that this is an extended stay hotel. If you plan on staying here for less than three days, there will be NO housekeeping. This means that no one will bring you clean towels, empty out your wastebaskets and change your bedsheets. If you do plan on staying more than three days, you must notify the front desk 24 hours in advance that you would like housekeeping to stop by your room. Pros: 1. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and efficient. 2. The indoor pool is warm and helps relax your muscles after a long day. 3. The shower is incredibly hot and the shower itself has a real door instead of a typical shower curtain. 4. Lots of choices at the breakfast bar. 5. There is ample parking and it is free. 6. This is a pet-friendly hotel. Cons: 1. The beds are incredibly soft. If you like soft beds, then this hotel is for you. If you like a bed with firmness, then stay someplace else because you will not get a good night’s sleep here. 2. This is a pet-friendly hotel. Dogs are allowed to stay at the hotel. This means that dogs are staying in rooms all throughout the hotel and not just one section of the hotel. If you are the least bit allergic to dogs, then stay someplace else. 3. There are outdoor areas at the hotel. While it is nice to celebrate with friends and family in these outdoor areas, please know that these parties can get loud and rowdy on weeknights and not just on weekends. For both of our stays at this hotel, we stayed on the fourth floor and we could hear the parties from our floor. If you are thinking that complaining to the front desk about the dogs or parties, don’t bother because the dogs and parties are guests. During our second stay at the hotel, our room was next door to someone with a dog. The dog barked continuously throughout the day which made working out of our hotel room difficult. We notified the front desk by phone and later in person to complain about the dog. As dog lovers, it was unfathomable that someone would leave their pet unattended in a strange hotel room for the entire day. Once the dog owner returned though, the dog was so happy to see its owner that the dog continued barking continuously except even LOUDER.

Great Hotel
Reviewed By RoseAnnII stayed 2 nights at this hotel; my room was quite spacious with plenty of hot water and the shower was very spacious; the beds were very comfortable. There weren't many towels in my room for my stay and so I asked the young man at the desk for more and he did so right away. The hotel is kept very clean and housekeeping is available upon request. You will definitely be happy if you stay here.

Reviewed By Deborah BThe manager was very rude and the room she showed us smelled very bad with urine on the bathroom floor. All the furniture was trashed. I have never seen such filth. She even wanted to charge me 95.00 a night. Total joke when you can get a room online there for 38.00 a night. I am so glad we went to check it out first.
