Room was stocked with lots of towels and had a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. The free breakfast was really good with a variety of eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy along with an automated pancake machine that makes 2 pancakes in 1 minute.

Great nights stay after mistake
Reviewed By kiloiiI made a mistake with arrival date. The hostess worked with my problem and all solved. She helped in every way possible for my mistake.The room was clean and presentable. Should I come back this way, I will stay here. Thank You Best Western Chadron NE. Restaurant was close and good.

A Wonderful Gem
Reviewed By OKT4RGot a room here on our way to South Dakota. The owners were very friendly and the room was very clean and VERY COMFORTABLE! Would have stayed on our way back but was too early being 3hrs into the drive. We will definitely RECOMMEND STAYING HERE and will be back if I am through here again.

Reviewed By jesssicav2022All in all they did their job. We had a room for two nights. I'm not sure if our room had just sat empty for a while or if it didn't get cleaned very well. All in all nothing that couldn't be handled.

Terrible place to stay
Reviewed By jmalooly2022Cleanliness was seriously lacking, appearance not good, no key to room available the guy at desk said he would have to let us in and out. Um....not! Website said continental breakfast, there wasn't. Hardly anyone there, we know why! Would not recommend.
