Really good waffles..a couple different flavors of batter AND syrup,delicious pre-made omelette, cereal, yummy oatmeal, several really good muffins, potatoes, sausage..just really good!! The front desk people are SO nice and so helpful. The lighting in the bathroom was AWESOME...wish mine was as good for makeup! The bathroom is big, the shower big, the beds comfortable. Tons of restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

Theres no fixing this. I am not a fussy person, but I am disgusted. Did some reading and Cockroaches will avoid coming out in daylight unless it is a HUGE infestation and they are desperate. I saw many during the day.... They also apparently leave a musty smell that makes you sick when there is a bad infestation, and the room was thick with it the second the AC was off. Beyond disgusting. Something smeared on walls in bathroom... also in the main area. You are also unable to request to not be disturbed at any time, no door signs allowed, goes against their policy. Which is insane. Can't get a hold of customer service. Go figure.

Reviewed By Tracy MThe good: Nice lady at evening check in, good location, room newly renovated. Fridge, microwave, TV with lots of channels. The bad: strong paint smell, especially the first day. No towels the first night, then washed but stained towels that smelled like smoke the next two days. Hair dryer loud, then crackled and smoked. Smokers smoking directly outside my door. The worst, cockroaches... worse yet, the rude lady at the front desk didn't believe me. She argued that it was impossible since the room was newly renovated. I even showed her a picture, which annoyed her even more. When I told her I was going to check out because of the roaches she simply said "check out is at 11". I had 7 minutes to grab my stuff, my child, and call for a ride. Maid service came to my door at exactly 11. So, if you choose to stay here, be prepared for roaches. Don't complain because staff won't believe you. Some people really like this place, and good for them. Hopefully they never have the experience that I just had. Note to management: please do not respond with surprise or regret over my comments as you have with other reviews. You have had several similar concerns brought to your attention and clearly the morning staff continue to be rude and show no customer service skills whatsoever. Denying that there is a roach problem even after being presented with a picture is completely unacceptable! I didn't even present it as a complaint, I simply let her know so they could address it. After the way she behaved I didn't bother mentioning the hair dryer, the stained towels or the smokers. There was clearly no point. This is so unfortunate for you, as your little hotel has so much potential.

Reviewed By Dulcie44Great place! So my title may be a little misleading. There are two things wrong. If you google directions they are not right. They are trying to fix this. Quick fix google Amc or Panda Express, it's right up the road on Reinhardt College Parkway. The next problem was they don't have any luggage carts. This they are trying to remedy this too. We found everything else excellent! Fantastic views from the even rooms, especially after driving through Atlanta. Plenty of hooks and outlets. Blackout shades worked extremely well. Comfortable beds, good-sized tub, shower head actually worked! Breakfast was the standard. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice lobby area to visit with family. I'd stay again.

Reviewed By Christine HOnly stay at this hotel chain if you are a contractor. We stayed at this hotel chain (we stayed at 3 different Choice Hotels as we drove from NM to GA) and they all seem to cater to the contractors. The morning breakfast items are set out & the contractors sweep them into a bag & take off for work, leaving nothing for the paying traveler. The hotel staff should set aside an amount for the regular travelers - we were told when they are gone, they are gone!! Only during the Christmas break were were we able to get a few breakfast sandwiches in Canton, GA. Unfortunately, we stayed here in Canton, GA for 10 nights. The pool was closed the entire time so our granddaughter could not swim - “oh, the heater coil is due in at any time!” That never happened & they allowed the pool to get so green & disgusting that it would have taken a week to get it acceptable. Always call to verify if their pool is in working order, but then take it with a grain of salt! We travel a lot, but have never encountered such poor room service! In 10 days our sheets were never changed & our rug was never vacuumed! One morning one bed was made & one bed was not - the housekeeper stated that “the hotel policy is that if ANYTHING personal was left on the bed - even the cord of a phone charger, that your bed will not be made!” We travel with our own pillows & our pillows caused this violation, so our bed was not made. The housekeeper said that the front desk should have notified us of this policy when we checked it - they certainly NEVER mentioned it & it was NEVER posted anywhere. She also stated that this stemmed from their Hispanic contractors who keep their money in their pillow cases - so that has determined the corporate policy for the rest of us regular travelers. Now, for the Christmas holiday - it was well posted that there would be NO service on 12/24 or 12/25 in order to give the staff a well earned break. We’ve never had that happen in all the times we’ve stayed in Canton, GA but times are different . . . . On 12/26 we went shopping & returned at a little after 3:00 in the afternoon to find that our room had not been serviced!! So that’s 3 days with NO service. Apparently, as we exited the room with arms full, the Do Not Disturb sign fell to the FLOOR. When we went to the front desk, we were told of yet another RULE that the housekeepers are not allowed to knock on the door if the Do No Disturb sign is hanging on the door handle. It was not hanging on the door handle, it had fallen to the floor!! So now there are 3 out of 10 days with no service - we had to take our own trash out of the room because it was overflowing! Think about this - we are not contractors, we booked a suite with 2 queen beds for 3 people for 10 nights at over $100.00 a night & got this level of SERVICE (?). We booked this many nights to get 5,000 extra points, but that is worth nothing, as we will NEVER, EVER stay at a Comfort Inn again! What a waste of money & we certainly wouldn’t use those points, knowing what we know now. Lesson learned!

We are an interior corridor hotel located at exit 20 off I-575 here in Canton with Chickfila and Walmart within safe walking distance of our hotel. All rates include a free cooked breakfast, free wifi and seasonal out door pool. We are close to Reinhardt College and the North GA Mtns

Reviewed By Carolyn Bwe ask for handicap cause i have a Bad knee . Guess what they put us on 2nd floor didn't have no Elevator . I was so mad to late to find any where else we came for funeral in Canton from Alabama . i will never stay there again
