Reviewed By Bobby31225Easy check in and owner very friendly. The room was very nice and clean! Ample parking also. Beds were very comfortable and nicely laid out. Owner suggested the place across the street for dinner. A Mexican restaurant which we strolled over to after we checked in.

We arranged a quick visit with our daughter and husband who we have been unable to see for 2 1/2 years! I was so embarrassed and disappointed in the condition of the premise, chairs stained and dirty, the fridge in their room did not work and the bed was tilted preventing a good sleep, plugs and lamps did not work, the place was dusty and dirty and shabby....the front desk non-service was appalling and I was humiliated to have arranged this place to meet our family.... I am sorry to lose our "place to stay" in Bellingham.....it was perfect for our casual visits.... The only highlight was a "room attendant" named Scott who couldn't have been more kind or helpful.... I understand that this hotel has been purchased by a huge hotel chain which doesn't have a very good reputation...wish I had known this before I booked! We will not book again!

Good value and the jacuzzi was such a treat!

It's a pretty run-of-the-mill spot, but we came for the in-room jacuzzi for a treat for my husband and he probably spent 1 1/2 hours in it. It's big and relaxing, plenty of hot water, they supply the bubble bath, and best was that the jacuzzi tub is in the room, not tucked in a bathroom. The shower in the bathroom wasn't great, and I did have trouble understanding the lady at reception, but who cares...my husband had a great soak in a king room that only cost $140!

We asked to switch rooms but the alternatives offered were worse than the one we wanted out of!! Obviously this is not a motel that caters to people on holiday! It should just give up and become low income housing.

Reviewed By roninwyoI rarely, very very RARELY write reviews, however, I feel compelled to warn anyone considering staying at this dreadful hole to avoid it at all costs. First red flag, dirty disgusting carpet that had not been cleaned (for who knows how long), bed covering full of holes and I never slept in the sheets (didn't wanna take a chance) and finally the coup de grace. A leftover turd in the toilet that had not been flushed. When I told the first desk clerk about it, there was no mention of a refund or any sort of compensation. Not even an apology. Just, "I'll let housekeeping know" Here's a suggestion.......LEVEL the place and start over.

Reviewed By C3620ZWmariobWarning!! Nasty dirty rooms. They smelled. Had to do tons of cleaning myself. Put up with it. Upon departure, the normally unresponsive counter lady decides my room smells like smoke and doesnt want to return my room deposit$. Like she could smell anything over the curry protruding from the office. I do not smoke and had zero guests! Most unprofessional of any dive motel. Horrible! Do not go here! Look online and find 100% better, safer place for a couple more dollars.
