Reviewed By D3114QNmarisGood location and room size is big compare to other Holiday Inn Expresses I stayed in. We have tried various hotels but this one is our favorite. The room was impeccably clean. There was not a speck of dust. All of the hotel was very clean and I personally saw many employees involved in cleaning activities. We have stayed here for last 2 visits. Looks like this will be the one we stick with.

Reviewed By Nia KHousekeeping entered my room to clean even though they were told not to on multiple occasions. My work phone was missing and my blinds were left wide open for everyone walking by to see inside. My charger was left in the room and I confirmed the same day that it was left at the front desk. I made a formal complaint about my work phone being stolen and I only got a "promise" that no on took my phone. I worked Friday and Saturday morning so I know it was there. It was also confirmed in writing my charger was there but when I arrived it was not there and they are doing nothing to recover any of the missing items. I have never dealt with this type of poor hotel management or customer service.

Reviewed By U4275UAbobbybWorse hotel I have visited. Staff, what few were there, were very nice. That was the problem, no manager, no food for breakfast, no maids to clean & no service. This place is running its self. Less than 2 years old, has great potential just know one there to take care of it. Has one maid to clean 93 rooms. Trash on every floor & the floors are filthy . I am a Marriott rewards member. Marriott, you need to take control of your business or this brand new facility is going to fold. Very disappointed!!

Best Deal in Waller
Reviewed By scottyp428I was traveling with my husband and found the combination of the Sleep Inn and the FuelMaxx to be the perfect combination for our large trailer and a good nights sleep. I saw the review about the mildew but we didn't have that problem. We stay in a lot of hotels traveling across the country, and I could tell they are under staffed like everybody else, but the staff did an excellent job providing a clean room and extra towels when we needed them. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip through Houston.

Declined to reschedule with 36 hours notice
Reviewed By susies751I booked a stay for 2 nights at the Comfort Inn in Waller to attend a horse show that was to be held 2/26/22. Unfortunately, the horse show had to be cancelled due to weather issues and rescheduled for 4/9. I immediately contacted the hotel, but was told that I could not change, reschedule or cancel my reservation because it was less than 48 hours before my scheduled stay. (It was 36 hours.) The manager declined to work with me, despite the fact that I am part of the Choice Hotel Rewards program and frequently have cause to stay in a hotel in Waller. They charged my credit card full price for both nights. I understand that they can legally do this, but the customer service was terrible and the business decision on their part was stupid. They have lost a frequent traveler for life! I did call the corporate complaint line and spoke with Jim, who also called the Waller Comfort Inn, and then told me there was nothing he could do. I spoke to the manager of the horse show, who had originally recommended this hotel to me and told her to not recommend this hotel in the future. So, not only will I not stay at this facility, I will not ever stay at any other Comfort Inn or Choice Hotel for the rest of my life. I hope the $195 you got from my card was worth it.
