Pleasant Stay
Reviewed By John VMy wife and I (and our puppy) spent a very pleasant evening at the Cottage Hotel recently. Their online reservation system worked without a hitch (not something one can always rely on) and were met at the front desk with a cheerful and efficient reception. Our room was very clean and spacious; we booked a “Junior Suite.” After walking past other open rooms while housekeeping was making its rounds, I’m glad we did, as some of the other rooms were less spacious than ours. The Cottage Hotel also features an excellent restaurant with regional fare at dinner and a sumptuous breakfast buffet, which is one of the best I have ever experienced. Room rates were very reasonable, and even the charge for a pet in the room was low. In fact, when making the reservation online, we got a pop-up screen that asked if we were bringing our Petite Ami along. Truly pet-friendly. The Cottage will be our go-to lodgings on any return trips to Nancy.

Reviewed By JGADVThis hotel is literally minutes away from the highway West of Nancy. Great service, limited menu but high quality restaurant, the famous good Ibis service with all needed facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. I got a welcome drink upon arrival as well. I usually get a little extra service in some way because I 'm a privilege member, if you use Accor hotels a lot, it really does pay to become a member.

AN EXCELLENT CHAIN HOTEL
Reviewed By jane527On arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who spoke good English and was very helpful with directions into the city - a tram about 100 yards away took us straight into the city for about 1.3 euros each - brilliant. The room was quiet, comfortable, fairly spacious and very clean with a good wifi signal. We had a really good breakfast at the hotel which was included in the price of £24 per night - unbelievable value for a good room and breakfast. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Easy to get to overnight accommodation
Reviewed By Adrian BNeeded accommodation with a modest budget. Found the property easily, parking to the rear. Staff were lovely. Close to shops, catered for ourselves. Cannot fault the tidiness. A comfy sitting chair was all that was missing.
