I have been upgraded numerous times in the past, but the past 4 stays I have been denied upgrade even though there are suites available. I was given a list of excused, which all contradicted previous stays here. Cleanliness is subpar, internet connection is terrible, and rooms smell musty. Began booking all of my stays (200+ nights/year) at a hotel down the street. They have a loyalty program that is actually upheld and honored. Will not be back to this hotel or any Wyndham property for that matter. Unimpressed.

Pros - Nice sized pool, pool area clean, breakfast was pretty good especially since they were still offering packaged food. Our double queen room was a good size - some updates in the bathroom. Tub, toilet, sink were clean. Could smell that everything had been sanitized. Cons - SO hard to sleep. Only the sheer curtains could be closed, so we had a distinct lack of privacy and it felt like daylight all night long. We faced the parking lot and were on the first floor. The lights in the lot provide safety, I'm sure, but it was so bright in our room. My kids were up by 5:30 and they usually sleep past 7. The beds were OK, rather firm. The room is pretty basic, chairs were super uncomfortable for anyone trying to get work done. Cleaning service is only offered after check out or upon request. Bad coffee (but I'm a coffee snob, so take that as you will) and our coffee maker spit water all over. Dirty walls behind the garbage and generally scuffing and signs of age. Could smell that everything had been sanitized (both a pro and con since it was kind of strong). We didn't have any major issues, but this place did not impress overall. My kids enjoyed the pool and it's an OK choice. I feel like we would have gotten the right value for our money if the room was about 20 dollars less a night.

Pros: clean, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in room, guest laundry, coffee in the am, close to shopping and dining, most importantly, very affordable. Cons: no coffee maker in room, everything closes at night and doesn't open until 7am, a real key, not key card, glass cups in room not disposable.

Reviewed By srye2018Newly opened but still a work in progress. Pros Friendly staff and clean. Last time I stayed here front desk said they were working on Expanding breakfast options. Was hoping to see a little more for breakfast options since last time I stayed but still prepackaged rolls and bottles of juice and coffee. Not sure why this hasn’t happened yet as all they really need is another table with some cold cereal options and some toast or bagels. Ice machine still doesn’t work so had to walk over to Cenex again to get ice. Recommend getting west facing room as East side is main parking lot and rather loud especially later in evenings. Will probably stay again as I am always willing to give new businesses a chance. Hopefully breakfast and ice machine will be worked out soon.
