Really worn out location
Reviewed By Y3436BEtimaI would be willing to bet that if code enforcement inspected the walkways and decks on second floor ,they would fail, the staff was pleasant, but this place I could not stay at, pealing paint , rusted facia, very old and worn looking outdated rooms. The staff Was Friendly!! I just couldn't spend my money on a place so WORN LOOKING!!!!

Simple and clean , near the beach and activity.
Reviewed By c_crillySimple and clean . I think people in other reviews mistake “ocean views” with “ocean front”. It was good for a weekend get away and the beach was there . It was walking distance to the Pier and activity but far enough away from the noise except for the night of drunks playing cornhole in the parking lot and drinking outside of guests rooms . I agree people should have fun but that was a little too much and it didn’t seem to annoy the owners . It was otherwise a decent stay for a long weekend.

Reviewed By 167hillymAll the staff were exceptional, including managers, desk keeper, and housekeeping. The rooms were very clean, and have many amenities. Coffee was available at Waves Office area every day. WiFi was best at the main buildings. Other units were either fair to poor depending on the hour of the day.

Reviewed By Carol SThis is a charming, comfortable little motel/inn in a sweet little seaside town. Located very conveniently to Portland, the caretaker was very friendly and accommodating. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the room, but I found it a perfect place to rest after a long day of flying, then driving.

Reviewed By Shayna SI stayed while renovating my home in Scarborough. This was closest hotel. Nestled in the trees of the private area of old orchard near Scarborough. Great spacious spotlessly clean room oversized with private deck looking over the pool. Excellent location across from the beach quiet area. On site us Rimorz restaurant. Have the best burger ever with friendly staff and everyone there. I had a great stay and recommend to anyone!!
