Reviewed By justjackaWe booked very last minute and the process was easy! The room was so clean, neat and a great size especially for the price. The bed was really comfortable as well. Thanks again! We would recommend it to anyone especially if you have an event in Newcastle or the entertainment centre (it was a 2 min uber/taxi away) We will be back!

Executive Villas Jesmond provide a range of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and also spa apartments. Each apartment has a large television with eight Foxtel channels and wireless internet is available on-site. The Villas are pet friendly and are situated next to a large park. Stockland Jesmond Shopping Centre is just across the road and public transport is easily accessible. Newcastle hospitals, Energy Australia Stadium and The Entertainment Centre are all just a short drive from the Villas. Disabled rooms are available on request. There is exciting development happening at our Jesmond site over the next few months. The Villas will be opening brand new apartments to meet the high demand for accommodation in Newcastle.

Reviewed By Y2871JIjuliepComplex was changed last minute and I was advised we were getting an upgrade. What a joke. There was one bed for my teenager son and I. Only sheets and a cover on the bed. There was a sofa bed which I thought I could put my son on that. No bedding for the sofa bed. Mould and heavy stains on frame and mattress. Smoke free is clearly a lie. It was disgusting. Bins outside overflowing with alcohol cartons and over flowing ashtrays. No facilities nearby and one of the many p platers utes driving in and out hit my parked car in the 30 minutes that we lasted. We only booked this as friends were also staying but with the change in venue we were completely isolated in some dingy houso accommodation. There were no staff on site. Ended up seeking refund through booking website as hadn’t heard anything back from them. Can not recommend this to anyone. If your desperate, buy a cheap tent from Kmart and sleep somewhere else.

Did not meet our expectations
Reviewed By 136ozziejTravelling with someone who is not my partner and selected a self-contained villa online. When we arrived, there was just one double bed in the shared sleeping / living room. The photos of the villas on the TMV website has only one picture showing both beds and that has the double in one room and a single in the living area. As we were not a couple, that is what we wanted and expected. We paid $150 expecting 2 rooms. I could have paid $100 in Newcastle for a single room with 2 beds. When I called the reception, I was told there was a sofa bed and if I pulled it out it should have sheets on it. The staff came to the villa and the sofa was opened, ejecting a number of crumbs, half eaten chips and an old drink bottle covered on cobwebs. The sheets were on the sofa bed, but from when? I just slept in my clothes on top of the sheets and showered in the morning. The person who had been on reception was quite dismissive suggesting the problem was because we booked on line. ( why be on booking.com if it's not ok to book on line?). If we didn't like it, we could get a refund and go somewhere else ( at 9pm on a Saturday). But to add some balance, if there had been a separate room as in the photo on the website and the bed had been made up and not filled with what had fallen down the back of the couch, then it might not have been too bad. It was clean, quiet and good enough for a one night stay. But not for $150 a night in Newcastle.

The Room was very comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. The bed is so comphie with a few pillows to choose from. The shower was great and heated up in split seconds. Excellent value for money.
