Dirty and Infested with Spiders
Reviewed By U2783HBcarolinebAbsolutely terrible. The room was disgusting and dirty and spiders were in the bed, bathroom, and all over the ceiling. There were over 15 spiders that we saw and had to get rid of. The sheets and towels were stained, floor not vacuumed and dirty, and carpet was sticky. Also this is a motel, not a hotel, so there is access to the rooms on ground level. Don’t stay here and spend the extra money to stay downtown.

Worst hotel we have stayed at in 20 years
Reviewed By Doug GWe waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The room was in significant disrepair. Bathtub drain hardware was missing (hole in tub where it should be). No plug for bathtub or bathroom sink. Bathtub was plugged up. Toilet paper holder broken. Cheap plastic chair for desk chair. Security device for door not securely fastened to door frame. Loud (angry) guests in other rooms. Sirens outside most of night. Breakfast choices were very limited. Waffle batter had slimy film on top...we feared it was rancid. Choice Hotels should be embarrassed to allow this property to be managed the way that it is. The best part of the stay was the hotel WiFi. It worked well...we used it to book another hotel the next morning.
