Reviewed By DerekS911This a very clean and quiet hotel. The lobby and dining room are very spacious. Front staff friendly and cares about guests. Breakfast was excellent for a few dollars. Rooms are a little smaller than average. I've spent 5 nights in 2 visits and will stay again. (my client is in south Cook county)

Reviewed By petransllcThis location turned out to be "Privately Owned". Upon check-in we could barely understand the staff. Our room was 60 degrees. There was a false eyelash set on the floor, a water bottle cap between the nightstand & the bed, there was NO desk chair & it had an unidentifiable stain on the desk & ceiling. The remote didn't work until my husband fixed it. One of the bed sheets had something crusty on it, when I requested a new one the desk staff guy tried explaining it away as laundry soap (NOT...it was more like a crusty booger!) The room needs to be updated. No continental breakfast or pool.

Reviewed By joshrG6436LUMy non smoking room stank of smoke. Whoever stayed here last put garbage bags over the smoke detector so they could smoke in the room. The only thing management did was come and spray febreeze. This place was gross.

Reviewed By CeolrasI had to go to Chicago for a work training, but I had to be on a budget, so I thought this was going to be an okay deal. I wasn't expecting luxury, but I was at least expecting cleanliness. The first room I was given had a very strong smell of cigarettes - I was given a room change, but the second room still smelled a bit like cigarettes AND the bathroom was a mess. Luckily the toilet was usable, but the shower was full of mold, and there was a hole in the wall. The bed sheets were stained and there wasn't a blanket, only a very thin extra covering (I had to sleep in sweats the whole week. The only "good" thing about the room is that it had a fridge and microwave, so I could buy groceries and not have to eat out every meal. That was doubly good because even though it's advertised, they stopped serving breakfast because of Covid. I definitely understand the health restrictions for now, but at least say that somewhere on the website, otherwise that is false advertising.
