Reviewed By RitaMartins1975the room was confortable , clean but the breabfast wasn't very good , warmed up frozen pastery , 1 cheap cake , a big variety of frozen yogurt but I don't think that it is a french habit to eat ice cream for breakfast . the breakfast choices should be improved

Terrible and Rude
Reviewed By robertass334What can i say except that this hotel was a pure nightmare. I had booked two rooms for myself and my family online and paid for it with PayPal, and I had the booking ID and everything. However when I got to the hotel they said that we had to pay them again in cash, which was complete madness as I had paid for the stay online, however the staff there did not care about this and said that in order for us to stay we had to give them the cash value for the rooms, they would not provide us with any written confirmation that they were paid again, and told us to ask PayPal for a refund the next day after we leave, which is a disgrace. We had a small child with us and they point blank refused to check us into our paid for rooms unless i gave them cash. I contacted the Booking.com which is where we booked our stay who tried to resolve this issue but the staff refused to take their call for about 15 minutes with us standing there waiting. Tehy even pretended on the phone that they could not speak any English. Eventually Booking.com was able to provide us with an alternative hotel we could go to but that is a disgrace as it was already about 10pm and we now had to go to a new hotel because these people were trying to scam us. If I could leave a worse review I would but unfortunately there is no 0 star option here. I would have expected better service from such a large chain of hotels.

Reviewed By eMka1983This was our overnight stop on the way to Adriatic Coast to have some sleep and breakfast. At the check in member of staff was pleasant and friendly, area seems to be very quiet and safe. Room was small and basic, no kettle or coffee machine, but thought we are going to manage for 1 night. Unfortunately found some hair on the bathrooms wall,very squeamish about things like that as literally think where's more hair and my mind didn't stop thinking about them for the rest of the stay, absolutely disgusting! (This was found the moment we stepped into the room as we always check everything before using anything) The next morning group of bikers was getting ready for some tour, we didn't mind but thought how inefficient breakfast staff were considering the breakfast room was small and easy manageable. There was a guy and a girl. Empty tables at the breakfast should be a priority so when new people come for breakfast they can sit at clean table, all empty ones were filthy, lots of food missing even though it was only after 9am so still nearly an hour till the end of breakfast and a guy was standing there either behind or next to the bar and just looking around but doing zero work, the girl at least looked busy. Generally breakfast choice and quality very basic. This could be a good spot for a rest for us for next time when we drive through France/Italy but after this experience we will be looking for a different place and definitely not recommending to friends who travel the same route.

Le patron est très gentil et serviable, mais sa conception de la propreté et de l'hygiène est vraiment toute relative.. ? ( Cf photos jointes) Séjour mi-septembre 2020 chambre 9 ré de chaussée. La clim ne marche pas, filtre de clim colmaté par la crasse, odeur de moisi et de cigarette froide... Beurkkk Matelas horriblement sale ? recto tâches urines, règles, recto, moisissures.. Draps synthétique, vieux, qui boulochent, couette tachée trouée usée qui bouloche.... Draps propres mais très très usés... Les sanitaires même pas brossés, moisissure douche. Le top, au moindre mouvement, des lattes du lit se déclipsent, 4 lattes à remettre au milieu de la nuit... ?? Bruyant, voisins, avions très bruyants au dessus on aurait dit qu'ils allaient atterrir dans la cour.... Sinon, convivial avec les routiers.. ?
