Dirty , unprofessional, disrespectful
Reviewed By amandaiN6073RMThis “motel” firstly has cockroaches, they do not wash blankets, do not use cleaning products , only thing they bring in rooms to clean is a broom and dust pan. I had to clean my own room, the “owners” have no respect for guests, they just walk in your room, i was about to shower as the older man just walked in my room . They do not treat you like a guest, they treat you as if you are trash. They yell, get ignorant, and snatch things out of your hand. I would not recommend. This motel honestly should be shut down. Toilets arnt attached , sinks woble , bars on the windows . Mold in the room i was in, when you leave the room unattended, 80% chance they are going into your room. Management is the worst ive seen. & im a housekeeper !!

Reviewed By I5828KCteresamRed Roof Inn Wildwood – Cape May/Rio Grande NEVER Stay here. Smokeless rooms my butt We checked into this hotel after a long day exploring Cape May. We were looking forward to relaxing and the going out again that night and the next day. However, the room was heavy smoked in and did not even have to step into the room to know this. My wife has Asthma and smoke is a huge trigger. I called the front desk from the room to find out there were no more rooms available. Our first hint that there may be a problem is that it looked like people are permanently living there. We checked in and out of this hotel in less than 10 minutes. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reviewed By Dmw34003We stayed 2 nights, mid-week, late Aug 2020. Very clean room, very clean bathroom. Microwave, T.V., frig worked great. Lots of T.V. cable choices. Owners are friendly, responsive to any needs or requests. Outdoor areas very clean, well maintained garden, lawns, shrubbery, large trees boarder the property which we liked, quiet ( however the pool was not open due to Covid ). Close to all sorts of eating/take out venues, stores, markets. Wildwood & Cape May nearby, plenty of things to do & places to see nearby.

Reviewed By K7tivSmall room and the bathroom was about as big as a bathtub. It had a bed, refrigerator and towels but not even a bar of soap for the shower or bathroom. Good thing I had some in my travel bag. It’s ok as a last resort but wouldn’t recommend this motel.

Reviewed By feliciaj778My boyfriend and I had to come to Rio Grande for a family emergency and we were to be in town 3 days well we only stayed here one night then went to Red Roof Inn we should have stayed there to begin with ! This place stinks like moldy wet clothes the bed spread was full of cig holes and the sheets were full of hair the bathroom had blood splatter on the walls I was so filthy Tv was fuzzy and sound crackled no wifi they lie owner was so nasty and treated us horrible ! We went to Walmart a bought a queen size blow up mattress sheets and blanket and pillows took everything off the bed and out the air mattress on top thats how bad I also bought can of Lysol disinfectant to spray the whole bathroom don't dare stay here ! If the Red Roof wasn't booked we would have list the money we paid but thank God the next two night we were able to stay at Red Roof !

Cheap stay
Reviewed By chip56Cheap is the word. But you get what you pay for. This was a basic room, No frills. Pool did not look inviting and I seen nobody in the pool. Wifi just sucks once more than one person shows up it no longer works. Again you get what you pay for.
