nice and efficient
Reviewed By frenchtraveller2018hotel is new, clean, practical, with nice design, good bkft. It would be a must to have a small vending machine in the lobby for snacks, beverages, amenities when arriving late. I got a nice and big room with sofa. Only annoying point is mirror light in bathroom was not able to be switched off, should be automatic but did not work and light stayed on all night...

Liked a lot the staff's service, the room was cozy and spacious enough, the hygiene very satisfying, we could feel the freshness all over the hallways. No dust in the room. The breakfast was served as buffet and the choice was quite good! The reception desk is available 24/7 and all of them are very polite! Thanks to the team! :) Cannot wait to visit you again and the beautiful town of Sables-d'Olonne!

Good location but unnecessary greed
Reviewed By motorpropIndoor pool is tiny and not for swimming water is murky Outdoor pool is a good size but 13c.. it can be heated but they don’t do that till late May apparently - why ? Camp food shop staff are nice , but very small selection on everything apart from croissants / bread ( nice ) Water park was good for kids , but need to wait 15 mins for Toboggan , can easily bring in a 2nd one We stayed a week and spent over 2 hours cleaning on our departure - not good enough and €120 deducted from our card , tried to debate and was told ‘ lucky we don’t charge you €300 ‘ by Stephanie . We have a video of the place on departure but they won’t share their ‘ evidence ‘ . Bad taste in mouth , we paid their top rental rate . Caveat Staff in general are very nice , especially the entertainers, they really engage well On Ist night we ( 2 families ) dined at the bar / restaurant , Burned pizza and unclean grill smell burger . Unusual for France

Confort à améliorer
Reviewed By m_pielzenOlékaté se présente comme une grande maison avec jardin et parking privé pour 3 à 4 voitures.Les studios en location sont situés à l'étage en extension.La situation est un peu excentrée par rapport au centre d'Olonne. La proximitè d'un carrefour peut être dérangeante pour les personnes sensibles au bruit bien que cela ne constitue pas à notre sens un problème majeur durant la nuit.L'accueil réservé par la propriétaire est sympathique et convivial. Les studios malheureusement sont reliés par un escalier raide et ne sont donc pas accessibles pour les personnes handicapées.Le studio mansardé était équipé d'une kitchenette,d'un grand lit et d'une banquette lit gigogne adapté à un enfant mais peut confortable pour un adulte.Le téléviseur de petite taille a un système compliqué avec une image défectueuse qui ne cesse de partir.. la salle de bains était petite avec wc interne.La douche n'est pas fermée et ne comporte qu'un simple rideau , ce qui pose problème vu le manque d'isolation des sols. D'autres malfaçons constatées: manque de prise à l'entrée, plinthe brisée, miroir dépoli... Des travaux s'avèrent nécessaires.
