Very impressed with the service
Reviewed By EHSEHSThis is my third time staying at Koos Dahu Hotel, since its opening in March 2017. It's in the new buzzing district of Neihu area in the northeastern Taipei. Transport link is very easy with Taipei's MRT Wenhu Line taking to Nangang area where you can attend business conferences and exhibitions, and Nangang Station for Taiwan High Speed Rail is easy to reach from this hotel's neighbourhood! Wenhu Line also takes you into Central Taipei in 20 minutes. The best however about this hotel is that they serve guests with lots of attentiveness and sincerity, from the managers, receptionists to housekeeping staff. In addition, it includes all the standard quality of cleanliness, power shower, cool yet adjustable air conditioning (very important when visiting Taiwan in the summer!). I'd like to mention that I just by chance got to chat to one of the managers during my stay this time, and learnt that they do not take tour group bookings, because they'd like to maintain the quietness and personal attentiveness level for each staying guest. This is a great thing to know for lots of travellers who like to stay at quality independent hotels.

New great hotel in Neihu
Reviewed By AgenturoIt's a great new hotel in Neihu District, very convenient for business trips, it's practically the only decent hotel around. Fresh rooms, quiet AC, clean bathrooms. Only thing that could be better is the breakfast, it's good but gets repetitive if you stay for more than a week. Fortunately there are a lot of eating places around, two fresh fruit stores and a supermarket in the same building, so you can always have variety.

Comfortable stay with best in class amenities
Reviewed By ShrThakurWe stayed in LaMaison for 7 days in super deluxe rooms. The rooms were very comfortable with best in class amenities; be in bedding, lighting or furniture in the rooms. The balcony view was very beautiful, the rooms on the back side of hotel were quite. The remarkable experience from this hotel was because of the staff, they went an extra mile to help us. There were some fooding issues because we were pure vegetarians, the restaurant staff made special vegetarian noodles for us in the breakfast. The front office people were always ready to help with a smile on face. They helped us to understand the public conveyance and maps of the city. It was all in al an great experience to stay in this place. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Taiwan.

Bed bugs!!! (and no refund) - Don't stay here!
Reviewed By Jessica LCustomer service was terrible, and there were BED BUGS! We showed the front desk the bites, and they did nothing about it. I also booked this apartment for 5 people, and when we arrived, the whole apartment was set up for 5 people (towels, slippers, etc.), but they didn't add a roll-away bed, and there were only 2 full size beds. The person at the front desk said it was too late, and their staff had gone home, so no one could get us a bed -- which was absurd. When that person left his shift, we asked the next person, and he went and got the bed for us 3 hours later (around midnight). The roll-away bed had bed bugs, and despite this they still made us pay for the extra roll-away bed, and did not offer a refund. Other than the unfortunately poor customer service, the apartment itself is clean and spacious, though a lot of the space is unusable. The space could use a revamp, and the bathrooms could also use an update. The location is far from the heart of the city, but close to an MRT stop.

Reviewed By Nga HI booked rooms for my customer staying 2 nights there. They complained that the beds are very small (or maybe my customer is fat, haha). It is very near Xihu station. There are some convenient stores there.
