Reviewed By AmyTravels1975I did not have a waterfront view, so I probably missed out on some of the charm, but the moment you step outside, you hear the waves, you see the water and ferries… it’s beautiful! There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of hotel parking (covered and not). The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I slept every well! There were some toiletries, but no lotion. Shower pressure was great and water was hot. Housecleaning only came at 3:30 p.m. on my second day, while I was finishing up some office work. The complimentary breakfast was very basic, but enough. The view from the dining room is wonderful! I this was my second stay, and I will definitely return if in town on business.

Reviewed By gturcott1Awful! Absolutely awful. They could not have treated us worse. Complete disaster. We stayed since May 3rd and were treated so badly by the management its awful. Over charged us and made it difficult to get refund, and really bad treatment of people.

Reviewed By finnie2A bit nervous about this place after reading reviews. But our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our one issue was the very basic cold continental breakfast offered for a fee. When we arrived over an hour before closing, almost all items were out and never restocked, and tables were dirty. The attendant seemed to spend her time in a back room. Both the breakfast quality and service needs improvement.

Good, just needs a little more help maybe
Reviewed By MeliketoeatAppreciated the well lit parking lot. Room was quite spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom (as other reviewers have pointed out) looked a little dingy and not quite as clean as I would have liked. Front desk staff was very friendly. Different set up. More like a motel with doors to the outside, but felt very safe. Again, parking lots were well lit and you could park close to room. Curtains were fabulous at blocking out light from well lit lot. If this place had a good cleaning and was updated just a bit, I would give five stars.
