Reviewed By ihardy460015Everything was great. The staff, location, food, room and even the vultures circling overhead. Apparently, there are more than 800 in the area and we saw up to 30 together at the same time. Well worth the few extra kilometres to see them.

Gorgeous spot!

Our arrival was in the rain and we were concerned about the difficulty of the location (they were paving the area around the church at the very end of the ascent into Liaucous where Les Falaises is). But it turned out to be wonderful to wake up there to a lovely breakfast and the scenery. Patrick and Bridgette are friendly and very helpful. They made our dinner reservations in Le Roziers and the drive up and down did not bother us after the first ascent when we were tired of driving. There are signs to help you find it. Just be aware that it is NOT in Moustuéjouls which is across the valley. Liaucous is the access to a climbing route on the cliffs above, which we found interesting! I will think about this spot over and over...thank you to our terrific hosts!

Reviewed By christischultzThis bed and breakfast is perfectly located in the heart of adventure. We kayaked down Gorges du Tarn- the boat rental is right across the street. The atmosphere is very welcoming. We hiked 30 minutes to the top of Calpac to see the cross. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. The breakfast is great and the owner so friendly. Nearby there is a petite marche during the week that is fun to go get food from. We want to come back and stay longer!

Reviewed By RedavocetGreat Gite in Gorge du Tarn - easy to find, turning off off the main D907 towards Mostuejouls, do not go into the town but keep it to your left following the small country road towards Bombes (D32) house is on the left. Received a warm welcome by Christine who spoke good English - the two Gites are well created from possibly an old cow shed - but very cosy with wooden floors & a comfortable bed. We bought our own BBQ & used the outdoor seating area - great views. Tree frogs & glow worms at night in the garden! Breakfast was served by Bruno who also spoke very good English & was keen to make sure you were happy - will definitely return.

The campsite is situated in border of the river the Tarn. He’s equipated with mobile homes for 2 or 4 people as well as above-ground swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m and of one spagiven to the custumer. Parents and children have available a large furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms in shimmering colors. The spacious and functional bathroom is completed with toilet. Your location, the evening you can watch the sunset and the river flow. Desire for unusual holidays to escape you ? The campsite of the inn reserves you of beautiful surprises... ! You are rather romantic or more bohemian ? Do you want to camp in a place of which you would not have thought ? We propose you several modes of accommodation: come and stay in our Bubble, our Canadian mini, our bivouac tent on stilts, or our treehouse. Of what to disorient you in the middle of nowhere at the edge of the Tarn during of night, of a weekend or of week ! Rental canvas bungalows "An 2000" : 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a bed 2 people and 1 room with 2 beds 1 person) . Room-kitchen with stove and fridge and garden living-room. The restaurant « Le Terroir » is a traditional restaurant, will welcome you to taste the regional gastronomy. An inflatable play area for children is available free of charge.
