Reviewed By Roger GWe booked our room with an upgrade to one with a fireplace. When we arrived, the clerk told us they were upgrading our room. We were upgraded to the best room in the hotel! It was the largest and most comfortable suite we have ever stayed in. Heated tile in the bathroom, heated towel rack, separate jacuzzi and shower, multi-head shower with a seat and steam feature. Sitting room separate from the bedroom, with microwave and refrigerator, desk and extra tables and chairs. Thank you for the upgrade!

Reviewed By itzmegeoWe stayed here Oct 26-29 2021. The hotel is under construction on the third floor, I guess they are rehabbing the rooms. Our room was 2 single beds and it was extremely small and sparsely furnished with just a small table and 2 straight back chairs. The bathroom is extremely small, no sink inside, just a tub and toilet. The tub does not have a grab bar so getting in and out or even turning in the shower was dangerous. The beds are okay, but no bedside lamp or lighting controls at bed side so if you want to turn lights on and off you must get out of bed. On our second night when we returned to the hotel the beds were not made, trash not emptied, towels still in a heap on the floor, coffee not replenished. When we complained we were told that hotel policy is no housekeeping on stays beyond one night due to being short handed and still on "covid protocol" which is absurd. The staff did come up with more coffee and did take our trash, but was defensive. "Breakfast" consisted of a few wrapped mini sausage biscuits and sticky buns. No fresh fruit, no cereal. We have never encountered a worse situation at a hotel, so beware if you plan to come to Greeneville.

A great, convenient lodging location on the main 11E bypass, the rooms are huge and comfortable with couches or sofa chairs. All rooms come with micro-fridges, coffee makers, and the double rooms are queen beds.

Reviewed By 146franklinnI tried to check in early before scheduled checking inn time because I had just gotten into town from long drive staff turned me away evidently the manager doesn’t allow early check in to to a diamond platinum member and will not let you purchase a night before so if you’re not going to wait till aft 2 pm no need to visit this hateful establishment been a loyal Hampton diamond member for years but I will NEVER EVER attempt to stay at Hampton in greeneville tenn. under any circumstances wouldn’t even be cordial about denial of my request really knocked a dent in my thoughts on Hampton property’s that they would be affected with such a place

Reviewed By TapperjonRecommend you check it out first. Moldy smell in each room we checked out. Wife has bad allergies and she would have very sick we we had stayed there. Area is not the best to be in. Young lady was helpful however was not dressed professionally. Glad we went on down the road.
