Reviewed By D3813JBrebeccahRoom was ok. The bathroom needed updating. This was a handicapped room but I don't think a wheelchair would fit. Towels were dingy. Bed was comfortable. Was not noisy. Easy to adjust temperature. Nice smell. Will be glad to stay here again on our way to.Fayetteville.

Reviewed By MjlousieIt was a good choice to stay here. Was coming off of freeway and saw a flashing light. It said 49.99 so we choose to go in.. sure thang the rooms was 49.99 plus tax for that night. The front desk was very nice ..we was tired and ready for some sleep. She let us know up front to make sure not to leave the door open long while going in bc of the mosquitos and some wouldnt mind even saying something. The rooms had a great ac and froze the mosquito that gmdid come in. Bed was so comfortable. After getting in the room I read the reviews and none of them related to our room. It was in good standing and she did let us know up front that not all the rooms come with fridge and microwave. We didnt need them but we did luck up and got a room with each in there. They let us know there was no breakfast but pointed us in the right direction for some. Very very nice manager. She is there long hours. We decided to stay one more night and she waited on us the whole time.

When i called hotel management started screaming at me! Have called main company but received no help. Robbery! Disappointed with whole hotel system.

Not a good place to stop
Reviewed By kjwoodyIt was dated/dirty/handicap room had a BATHTUB!! Would love to see the person in a wheel chair get into the tub! Breakfast was horrible. No eggs/protein. No elevator. One has to carry suitcases up the stairs (which were hard to find). Bedding looked unclean. would not ever ever return.

Limited services motel. Pet friendly and newly remolded room including bathroom. Right next to M'CDonald's and right across from Subway and Kroger(Grocery store). Right by I-40 also.
If it had wifi service it would be OK
Reviewed By luke2452016There are some areas where one comes to expect to get the worst motel in a chain and Eastern Arkansas is one of those areas. I don't expect much more that friendly service, wifi, basic toiletries, coffee and a clean room from Motel 6. the lady working night shift was friendly but no wifi and I had to go across the street to buy shampoo at the Great Saver grocery store. No food no coffee. Not up to the chain's usual standards,

Reviewed By angelabluvSo, heed my warning. Do not stay here. There are two hotels America's Best Inn and America's Best Value Inn. Both are owned by the same company but this one is a dump. We had to leave after two hours because the smell was so bad that we could not relax. It reeked of cat piss. The neighbors were vacuuming at like midnight. The owners I am sure are aware that these two hotels with the same name give confusion, especially because the names are almost the same. However, do not stay at America's Best Inn. The address is 2002 and the decent one, which is the one we stayed at after we left the first hotel is 2005. We got completely scammed because of the confusion from the two similar names of these hotels. The lady at the desk at the second hotel said they always get customers that left America's Best Inn, so people will book two hotels in one night and it is the same company! They have a no refund policy, so if you book this one you are going to be very disappointed.
