Reviewed By Christopher PThere are only two kinds of meals, actually. Those you forget within a short time, and those you will always remember. Yesterday, we had an unforgettable meal, right down to and including the superb service! She had foie gras maison, cured in Pineau de Charente. I had a crepe with osaille baked into it, served with riz de veau and mushroom sauce. Wow. Then an amuse bouche. Then she had an impeccably prepared lamb cutlet, I had faux filet, cooked perfectly to my taste. Cheese, dessert, formidable. The waiters didnt hover, but they were there . Unforgettable.

Stay away from Seagreen "services"

LAfter many years of joy at this campsite and despite the usual problems(dirty toilets etc) you find at many campsites this year Seagreen, who exploit, the campground since a couple years have just ruined it for us. As said we have been coming here for many years and since Seagreen took over it has become less attractive to go here but now they gave me a surprise after paying for my booking. When I called Seagreen after my booking to indicate my preferred pitch(you can't do that through the booking form)and you pay 40 Euro's for it, they let me wait for 45 minutes and hang up the phone 2 times so I had to back only to hear from a very disrespectfull lady that my dog could not come because he is over 20kg. My dog has been there fore many years and the booking form and terms and agreements on their site say nothing about this rule. Only after you paid for your booking and get a confirmation they have put (-20kg) in the confirmation. And besides that I now have to do a request for a refund of the money I paid because that arrogant lady on the phone did not want to arrange that for me. So after many years I will sadly no longer be going to this Campsite and I advice others to also not to go hear untill Seagreen is no longer exploiting it anymore.

Reviewed By roseandcoWe spent two nights here with our dog and were delighted with it. The staff were friendly, there was no extra charge for the dog (once we were charged €12 A NIGHT extra in another hotel), the room was generous, clean, had a little fridge and the shower was powerful. The internet was free but a bit variable in reliability and not password protected. We didn’t have breakfast, preferring a croissant from the local boulangerie but we did have dinner on night. We had the cheapest set menu at €18 each and the cheapest wine at €14 and both were absolutely delicious. It’s a family run place in one of the prettiest villages in France...what’s not to love? We will be back!

Désolé mais nous avons subi un coup lorsque douze jours avant notre séjour nous avons appris qu'il était modifié et qu'il était empiré de deux jours, le camping ayant "privatisé"???????????? Bien sûr tout est chamboulé. Ah oui ils nous proposent de maintenir jusqu'au vendredi en supprimant le weekend ou alors nous rembourser le montant du séjour. Mais a 12 jours que pouvez vous faire ?? Donc. Moralité : Méfiez vous si vous y avez prévu un séjour en ces lieux car ils changent les contrats à leur convenance dans vous avertir ou alors au dernier moment
