The people at Hotel Focus SFO were very helpful in providing reasonably priced rooms and in providing helpful ideas about things to do in the area.

Perfect for a one night stay
Reviewed By Kristal SCozy little hotel close to the airport. We got in really late and the lady at the office was very nice and checked us in quickly. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. It's expensive for what's included but everything in San Francisco is expensive. TV channels were abundant and room climate was perfect. No complaints from me.

Disgusting and unclean rooms and disrespectful service
Reviewed By georgebK6384NPI had requested non-smoking rooms, but received rooms that reeked of cigarettes and marijuana instead. I had seniors with me as well, so this kind of air quality was absolutely unacceptable. The A/Cs were not properly cleaned at all, and there was lint everywhere in the vents. When requesting to switch rooms they said they would not give me a full refund, even though I had only entered the room and done nothing else in there. The lady attending in the lobby was absolutely unprofessional and when simply asking why I could not receive the full refund, shut the door in my face leaving us stranded. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. Bottom Line: Dirty rooms with disgusting air quality, and unprofessional service on top of that.

I was in room 208 upstairs, but I was close to the street so I could hear cars all night. No person was working the front desk. You have to ring the bell and can't enter the lobby. Neighborhood looks sketcky, but I felt safe when I walked to the restaurant next door. Maybe the back of the building is better?

Reviewed By ohilary627If you are only looking for a place to sleep during your trip, this could be it. It's not great, but it's not terrible. If you get a good price, it might be okay. If you have a lot of luggage with you, beware of no elevators and posibly having to walk long distances to your room after check in.

Solid Budget Airport Hotel Near SFO International
Reviewed By RupertSFOThe Royal Inn is conveniently located and well kept. I was surprised to find such a great rate on SF peninsula hotel. Paid less than $100 and got a room with 2 KING beds. The beds are comfortable. Room was clean and the manager was very friendly and hospitable. Located just minutes from SFO, this hotel was a good spot to stay giving us access to shopping and the city for our family trip. Kids had plenty of space and the fridge and microwave was useful. I recommend saving money and staying at this hotel vs these branded hotels, where you can't even get a fridge in the room or have to pay for parking--Royal Inn is a bargain and offers good clean rooms.
