Free car parking, Free WiFi also Free cable TV. Chez Noosa Resort is a fifteen minute walk to Noosa Junction also same distance to Sunshine Beach. Bus stop at our door step. The entrance to our famous National Park is opposite our resort (you may even see a Koala).

Reviewed By 801shellywStayed 2 nights in a Deluxe one bedroom apartment. Warm greeting, easy check in. The upstairs apartment was clean, spacious, nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and lovely balcony. Good location, easy drive to Noosa/Sunshine Beach. Great value

A great place to relax
Reviewed By LauncestOn_13This is the 4th time we have stayed here. There are new Managers' Lou and Derek and they are lovely. They are very accommodating and they are very happy to talk to you and help in any way. This is the first time we have stayed at apartment number 2. We had fantastic ocean views and a spa bath on the balcony. Very spacious. We have previously stayed in apartments' 1 and 5. Looking forward to our next stay. What we especially like about Costa Nova is that you have your own entrance and car space, nobody is running past your door. Its quiet, has uninterrupted views of the ocean. The surf club is diagonally across the road and there are several restaurants, cafes and shops just around the corner approximately a 3 min walk. There is a bus stop across the road so what more do you want. We relax and we enjoy the views and go home feeling we have had a great holiday. There are lots of places of interest within an hour to explore. We always go to a new place each time. A great place and a great location.

Parkshores Sunshine Beach Noosa on the Sunshine Coast offers well appointed, self contained, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments only 100 metres from access to Sunshine Beach. Most units have ocean views with the top level offering great ocean views. Additionally there is the penthouse suite which contains 2 master bedrooms each with its own en-suite and a third bedroom with 2 single beds plus a separate bathroom. 3 minutes walk to Duke Street and a 5 minute drive to Hastings Street Noosa. Relax away from the hustle of Hastings Street Noosa and enjoy all the amenities the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Reserve a top floor apartment and in the season marvel at the whales traversing the ocean. Never wanted to leave . . . !

Reviewed By brendond73Unfortunately I am unable to complete this review on the resort due to our holiday having to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Being a Victorian who has gone through numerous lockdowns I was looking forward to a new era of regional travel within Australia. Based on this, the available dates for both my wife and I to travel we booked a weeks stay at the Andari Apartments in Sunshine Beach in May for August 2021 travel. In late June 2021 there was an COVID-19 outbreak in Queensland which resulted in the Noosa area being declared a Red Zone resulting in us having to cancel our travel. I contacted the accommodation 29 days prior to our arrival date and received a response stating that "IF" travel was not permitted at the time of our booking they would allow us to transfer our dates. Due to the unpredictable environment surrounding COVID-19 I asked about the possibility of cancelling and was told this was possible as per their policy of 30% charge for cancellation. This came to a total cost of $548.00 to cancel for travel we were still 28 days out from. Not wanting to lose any more money I agreed to cancel with the accommodation stating that I felt 30% was extremely generous considering I have given more than 4 weeks notice. I understand the challenges that the travel industry are facing right now but charging 30% for cancelling a booking due to events completely out of anyones control is exorbitant. I would have happily paid 10% for administration fees but this was not even considered by the accomodation provider.

All our spacious apartments are 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with spa bath in ensuite, air conditioned open plan living area, fans, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and patio or balcony. Flat screen TVs, DVD, Foxtel, free Wi-Fi allowance. Cross the the street to Sunshine Beach shops and cafes, 200 meters to patrolled beach and Surf Club. Heated pool in tropical gardens, BBQ area, lift to all floors, secure parking.

Don’t be disappointed because positio and views are great on level one and above . No air conditioning which makes it cheaper but fans and ocean breeeze cool apartment all day which make it always pleasant and enjoyable .
