Convenient for the purpose
Reviewed By Anda AI stayed here for the exhibition in Palexpo. It is relatively close and cheap alternative to hotels in Geneva. Rooms were cozy and clean, more than you can expect for 2 star hotel. Breakfast basic but ok for the price. All in all, would recommend for a short stay. Nothing to do in the neighborhood though, so I recommend renting a car.

Reviewed By Toon VParking right in front of the door, but unkempt and not tidy. When I arrived: no food possible. After some discussion: sandwiches still possible, you have to eat in your room. Food was tasty. The people are very friendly but they simply lack resources. Breakfast was also good, but the rooms: a disaster! Not clean, bad bed, shower in bath, towels not clean etc. At the door: hotel inspected by Kyriad in 2011. In the morning there was 15 cm of snow, but people immediately came to help clear the snow from the car. If there are people involved, it's fine. But the hotel is not clean. I have already been to Kyriad in Pont à Mousson and in Nancy. But now: very disappointing.

Reviewed By Alessandro AThe room was very small, there was nothing where to put the luggage, the bed above the head caused a small injure when I hit in the night, the key did not open and we had to go in the night in another hotel closeby to have it enabled again, the wifi was extremely slow, one day there was no clean towel and we had to go again to theother hotel. Not to speak about the bad smell and I had to keep the window open. In a nutshell it was a nightmare. Reviewed By 176kristind4 nights was enough. The smell is the first thing you notice. There were air fresheners as you come out the elevator. No hot water at night. Elevator was filthy for 2 days. Spiderwebs and bugs all over. Cheaply furnished. No vistas or views. Early morning noise of cars and motorcycles. However Léon de Bruxelles has opened a restaurant at about 1-2 Km’s. There is a pub behind the hotel.

Reviewed By jeansandcasual24.2.2020: With sense of responsibility we had to cancel our journey to the Cern. When we received indications from Italian Ministry of Health and Regione Lombardia about Coronavirus and suggestion to not travel outside our country to keep safe people outside, we promptly informed the Hotel requiring to postpone the checkin to a convenient day but we had no help, no availability, no empathy, no compassion. We believe that sensibility should be a "must" in accommodation. Our review is TERRIBLE because of the lack of their humanity. They kept our money, no matter! But they lost me as client for sure. Maybe you.
