Reviewed By 861colleeneIf I could give zero stars I would. This place is a disgrace. We booked 4 rooms for extended family to spend Easter weekend. We walked into our room and immediately lifted the first mattress to check for bed bugs as we always do when we stay in a hotel. To our surprise, there were prescription bottles filled with a powdery substance and another one with pills. Under the other mattress was the crackpipe and spoon, still blackened from use. The housekeeper and MANAGER happened to be in the hallway so we called them into the room to show them. The manager simply came in, removed the items, threw them in the regular garbage (not phased at all), and asked us if we wanted another room. Really? Our other family checked into their rooms to find a vodka bottle under the mattress in one room and a pink sex toy under the mattress in another room. I immediately started calling other local hotels to see where we could go for the night but being Easter weekend and the fact that we needed 4 rooms we were stuck. We tried to make the best of it, let the kids swim, had breakfast (which was decent), but when my brother (a federal agent mind you) spoke to the manager about comping a room he had the nerve to say "you chose to stay and used our amenities". Trust me, we all would have left if we had found somewhere else to go. We had all traveled from out of state and had 11 small children with us. Called corporate to complain. They contacted the manager, who verified our story, and when corporate asked him if he would comp the rooms he still refused. That is where it ended. Corporate said that because the manager said no there was nothing else they could do. SERIOUSLY??? What is the point of having customer service??? Seeing the fact that the manager was not surprised at all with our findings shows that this is nothing new for this hotel. The manager even had the nerve to ask "why are you looking under the mattresses anyway"? What?! We should be able to look at every inch of a room and not find drugs, alcohol or sex toys. On a side note the elevators were disgusting and there was more hair poolside then on my whole head. The icing on the cake was all the nasty looks we got the whole time from all the employees. Guess all this was our fault. Absolute disgrace for a Hilton.

Reviewed By Krystal1023315Nice hotel in New Jersey. We only stayed for the night but it was very nice and clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful, they seemed happy to work there. It was nice that the Red Lobster was in the same parking lot.

Tv Services were terrible
Reviewed By E600RKryanfThe television remote barely functioned and took more than a minute just to change the channel. You should not have to work to turn the volume up or down on the TV. Wifi was also very slow. There was also no hot water for the 3 days we were there.

Odd layout and a devil of traffic around it
Reviewed By Chris MRoute 17 through Paramus is a traffic hellscape and this hotel suffers because of that. Getting in/out of this place is an exercise in closing your eyes and saying a Hail Mary. The hotel itself is oddly laid out, like it's been repurposed from some other original design. The room was OK but Spartan. Not sure I'd stay here again for the money but there again, judging from the looks of things in the area, I'm not sure there are a lot better choices, either.

Reviewed By Wbfish17Hotel is well maintained, ample parking, clean rooms, convenient to Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Saddle Brooke areas. Along with approximately to NYC depending on traffic. Front desk staff is amazing Samantha and Abagail and crew always go out their way to make guests feel welcome and recommend local restaurants. Housekeeping and maintenance staff also very friendly and do excellent job. Lobby has a lot of room to meet with co workers. Bistro open in the AM this may have changed since my last visit in March 2022. Recommend this hotel to co workers and they also agreed, great staff and location.
