Dirty Dusty Room
Reviewed By aliciakS4152DSOverall at first our room seemed nice and tidy. My husband and young son began having terrible allergy symptoms and using their rescue inhalers. I also noticed our room was stuffy and wouldn’t cool. I started looking around and found mounds of dust/dirt and the air conditioner filer was thick with dust/dirt/lint. I tried calling the front desk and couldn’t get anyone to answer so started cleaning on my own. I clean the air filters and even the door way where you enter the room. There was dust behind the toilet and I found a toothpick- we don’t travel with toothpicks. I’ll attach a few photos I took for reference. Whoever stays in this room next- I hope you can enjoy your stay after I’ve deep cleaned it!

Comfortable beds
Reviewed By Fun2Travel4lifeVery comfortable beds. Quiet … but we were on the top floor away from the elevator. Front desk greeter at check-in was a little abrupt, unfriendly. Didn’t look up to see I was standing there while she was waiting for another guest to come back in. Check-out person was very friendly. I would stay here again. Beans cafe and bakery down the street had wonderful food for dinner.

FALSE ADVERTISING - Unsantiary & Unsafe!
Reviewed By shawnelambThis is a DISGUSTING place. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we noticed missing roof tiles, rusted a/c units, broken pavement. We wanted to cancel the reservation, BUT it was after 4pm, so we were going to be charged. OVER $500!!!! for 4 night in a DUMP! It got worse when we entered the room. It looked like a room in a 3rd world country - unsanitary and unsafe. Exposed electrical outlets, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, black mold on the window, paint chipped off the wall, a moth cocoon behind the bathroom door, broken titles on the bathroom floor, cobwebs on the ceiling, rust on the sink drain, mold around the sink caulking.... and the list goes on! Oh, and the floor wasn't even SWEPT!! We walked around in our socks because the cheap vinyl plank floor was DISGUSTING on the feet. In fact, each morning I woke, and put my socks on, water would soak through the socks upon standing. When did the water come from? Took a few pictures. If I document all the problems mentioned, there would be at least 50 pictures. I don't know how this place passed local health ordinances. If this is how Red Roof manages places we will NEVER STAY AT A RED ROOF AGAIN! EVERYONE STAY AWAY. OBSCENE TO PAY OVER $500 FOR A DUMP!
