The entrepreneurial owner Werner, who only acquired the hotel last year (!), gave us a very warm welcome. We enjoyed the restaurant and the very comfortable, beautiful and “fresh” rooms! In addition, Werner’s suggestions for day trips were super! All in all, a great stay!

The hotel ROSE is close to Mont-Saint-Michel Hotel ROSE is atypical. Located in a park and a garden against the river Couesnon, it allows a charming stay in a flowery and warm surrounding with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Free parking, bicycles, bar, wifi, games, piano, walks ... Nearby: restaurants, bakery, shops, garage ... River front rooms for 2 or 3 or 4 people .. In the park, outdoor rooms in chalets green design, offer families and groups a natural area with trees and flowers. The children are happy. All rooms are non-smoking and are equipped with toilet and shower. Breakfasts are served in a veranda or under the trees at sunrise. Leave your car in the private car park and stroll along the river to the Mont Saint Michel and the bay full of birds and sea air. You will not forget it. A Gem Close to the Mont!
Reviewed By perhapsSo, for two nights we stayed about 4 km from Mont St Michel, at this lovely family-operated Hotel Rose of Beauvoir,. The breakfast is extra 10Euros pp, but the classic French feel and hospitality was priceless. The two sons also help with the hotel, Suliac and Titouan, handsome guys with perfect English. Dad’s painting was all over the Sun room where we had breakfast. A lot of them from his wife and kids and many landscapes. I asked Suliac what his name means and he happily told me about this little town, St. Suliac, his namesake! On our way to St. Malo, we visited the village, a beautiful bayside place, with few visitors and many many sail boats!

A fabulous B&B near Mont St. Michel
Reviewed By nitzwilliLovely place with a nice garden. The breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms very nice. There is a free shuttle (which you have to drive a little distance to get to) to take you to Mont St. Michel. The hostess was wonderful, she spoke very good English but also was willing to help me practice my French. We had a terrible experience with our rental care and she went out of her way to help us fix the situation....without her help I don't know what would have happened.

First campsite near the Mont Saint Michel with a covered and heated swimming-pool, located about 4 km from the Mount and only 2.5 Km from the free shuttles bus connection which drives till the foot of the Mount listed as UNESCO Heritage sites. The Mont Saint Michel is also reachable by a bicycle and pedestrian track from the campsite. The Camping aux Pommiers also provides you a service of paying shuttle to the Mount and tickets sales to visit the classified Abbey of Mont Saint Michel. We also provide you a Bar (breakfast), Free-Wifi, bicycles rent, play area & playground and also all information you need to visit the area.

Reviewed By peteepieThis site is very clean and well run. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. Shower block and toilets are well maintained. Beautiful cycle to Mont St Michel over the cycle track and also the same distance to the quaint town of Portison in the opposite direction. A few restaurants in close proximity in Beauvoir. We loved our stay there.

We survirved knowing it was just for one night
Reviewed By MaikenchWe came here just for one night because we wanted to see Mont Saint-Michel. Happy it was just one night. The place is really worn down. Looks quite sad and it goes even down to the towels. The towels were so worn they even had holes. The place was not properly cleaned with old spider webs, sticky floor, definitely not cleaned underneath the table and the kitchen didn’t even have a proper mug to make yourself a cup of tea. The beds were hard as sleeping on the floor, even our small daughter complained. For seeing the monastery fine but don’t expect anything!

Reviewed By stevetupperHad booked an Executive Room. A Cranky bed in a somewhat messy room. Microwave and fridge advertised, not there. The cupboard for clothes was a metal, open rack. The spare pillows, on this rack had a stake smell. There was a kettle, but nothing to drink from. Cobwebs in several places. The tiny TV wouldn't turn onto any stations. It really wasn't nice. I've stayed in some strange places, but as an Executive Room this was bad. Didn't stay more than 20mins.
