Reviewed By Global208256We enjoyed our stay here, the thermal waters the food and the beautiful architecture of the grand old place which had been restored. The rooms with high ceilings and pleasantly decorated with many living room areas to relax were a plus. Great extensive offer of therapeutic and relaxing massages and a beautiful garden for walks . I recommend it .

Reviewed By seasonedtraveller072I was a bit dissapointed by this hotel as it looked lovely. Negatives 1st The area is plagued by flies. You sit by the pool and are covered in them. I asked the barman if it is normal and he said yes because of the stream. Room 511 bed was all ripped, air con blows scorching hot air after an hour, even after the hotel said they fixed it, toiletries rubbish so bring your own. Breakfast basic, never seen the cafe bar open once, asked for ironing board and was told to ask again tommorrow. This is a 4 star hotel so these things shouldn't happen. Plus side Beautiful picturesque area, nice village with a few bars and restaurants.

This time was disappointing.
Reviewed By interzoneIt's been a while since we dreamed with returning to this place, which is always in our road path of vacacions. We love the Aquatherm, which is a thermal circuit, very beautifully decorated. This time we only came for this, 34€ per person for 45 minutes of not-so-hot water. Our deception was that many of the jets were broken so you cannot use'em. We were not told this in advance. I payed for a service that half of it didn't worked. I would also recommend putting at least a bench or something in the shower space, because there is no place to put your clean clothes after you shower and a bathing suits dryer. Nevertheless, the recepcionist has returned us 20€, which was a kind gesture. Please solve the problems so we can return and profit this beautiful space.

Reviewed By 304999It is not easy to find Villa Pachita, our TomTom SatNav took us to entirely a different location and we had to ask how to find the Villa. On arrival we had a lovely greeting but luckily we do speak Spanish or we would have struggled as they had no English at all. We had adequate parking. The room was small but clean, the bathroom very small but adequate. Unfortunately the beds were very short (Im only 5'6") and I feel they may have been the shorter children's beds used to fit the small room. However, they were relatively comfortable. WE had an air conditioner that worked well. We were given a bottle of the local sparkling cider which was a lovely touch. We found a lovely tapas bar approximately 10 mins walk down the road. It was dark on our return and we had to use the torch app on our phones. Otherwise it would have been rather dangerous. Breakfast was adequate, bought croissants (the sort you get in a supermarket, not a baker's) and toast with meat and cheese. The coffee wasn't very special. However, we ate in the cellar of the house next door to the B&B which was full of character. The staff were very friendly, as long as you could speak Spanish. Overall, it was good money for the amount we paid. I wouldn't have wanted to stay there more than one night though!

Reviewed By HarleiroNo repetiremos. El dueño es amable y la casa es rural pero la habitación es pequeña, cuesta que salga el agua caliente, calefacción rudimentaria, muebles viejos. Casa lindando con la carretera y a las afueras del pueblo.
