Reviewed By geog1888Nice and clean place to stay. Good location and easy access to Chiayi Train station and night market. All within walking distance. Good value. Breakfast is good. Service staff are helpful and checking in and out is quick and convenient.

Really a mess for the whole Chiayi itinerary
Reviewed By jaschyoFirst, the conclusion of staying for four days and three nights is: This is a rather bad hotel that is getting worse. On the first day of stay, everything was ok. The next day, everyone went to the bath one by one in the evening, and there was no hot water later. However, because everyone has been bathed, it may be that the hot water supply method is different from other hotels, and it is considered unnecessary to complain to the hotel. On the third day, I went back to the accommodation room and found that after cleaning , the hotel cleaning staff did not provide any towels. I had to call the hotel counter to ask for towels. The hotel staff hurriedly sent the towels, but not the whole set. The hotel staff told us that the small towels had all been used up and used this as an excuse for them to provide us with differential treatment. Then, take a shower at night and find that there is no hot water at all for a long time. Call to the counter to inform the problem, wait a while, the service staff first come up to twist the faucet to release the water, do what we have done before, keep driving the water until it is found that there is really no hot water, confirm that there really is no Hot water, and then let the guests wait for fifteen minutes without knowing the situation, then call to tell that they will send the staff to handle. Traveling in unfamiliar cities is always easy to encounter endless problems, and it takes a lot of effort to solve them. Therefore, it is inevitable that the selection of hotels will greatly ease the travel troubles, or at least not add trouble. In my personal experience, picking this hotel is really a mess for the whole Chiayi itinerary. 先講結論：這是一家每況愈下的糟糕旅店。 入住第一天，一切正常。 入住第二天，晚上輪流去洗澡，到後來就沒有熱水。但，因為大家都洗過澡，猜想或許只是熱水供應方式與其他飯店有別，也就不以為意，沒有特別反映。 入住第三天，出遊返回住宿房間，發現打掃過後，居然沒有提供任何盥洗毛巾，打電話去櫃檯反應，才送了毛巾來，但不是全套而只有大毛巾，推說小毛巾用完了。接著，入夜要洗澡，發現開再久也完全沒熱水。打電話去反映問題，先是服務人員上來開水確認真的開不出熱水，然後讓客人空等十五分鐘不知狀況如何，才打電話來說會找工務人員來處理。 旅客出遊在外，可預期總是容易遭遇問題層出不窮，需要耗費心神於解決，也因此，難免寄望旅店的挑選能大大地消解旅遊諸繁憂，或者至少不會是來添亂加麻煩的。 就我的個人經驗，挑選這家旅店，對這整趟嘉義行程來說，真的就是來添亂加麻煩的。

Eco concious, clean with clean and stylish rooms in a great location.
Reviewed By thetwowynnesThis hotel has everything you need. A spacious room with bed, couch, kettle and fridge. The toilet and shower were separate cubicles in the room which was great too. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean and the interior decoration was very nice. The hotel has a water dispenser on every floor too, which was brilliant to see. Staff spoke English and were really good with us - there was always someone at the desk. Location was excellent - very close to train station and main bus stop with a night market just over the road. It was also next to one of the best bubble tea places I've been to in Taiwan!

Reviewed By Beryl H位在熱鬧的市中心，逛街或逛夜市都在步行可達的範圍，老板很熱心親切，早餐很豐盛，冰滴咖啡很順口，房間照明有點陰暗，但環境乾淨，浴室有點小但有乾溼分離很不錯，冷氣要開很久才會到達設定的溫度，不是很好控制。
