This is my beautiful Victorian dream. It has 21 rooms of which 8 have ocean views, 9 have balconies and 5 have fireplaces. I make gourmet buffet breakfasts with a healthy twist. Gluten free and vegetarian dishes can be made upon request. Date balls are always available with tea or coffee. I make a killer quinoa crust veggie quiche. We are a block from the beach and 8 minute walk to Asbury Park.

It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with lots of amenities--from free use of beach chairs and bikes to cookies and tea available all day! Viktoria makes a top-notch breakfast, and my ocean-view room was welcoming and blissfully quiet. Highly recommended.

A Great Weekend
Reviewed By Don CThe folks at the Quaker Inn treated us very well before and during our stay. They accommodated our early arrival by holding our bags and giving us our keys Jim was awesome at check in with a great positive attitude as well as friendly demeanor. The place is pretty cool too. Clean and welcoming with a good location. We went to the beach in Ocean Grove but spent the bulk of our time in Asbury for dining, drinking, and of course music. It was an easy walk and the beach was awesome. I would recommend the Quaker Inn to any and all that are heading to this part of the Jersey Shore. It is a class operation that cares about their guests and treats them right.

Reviewed By Islandtime11We had an absolutely lovely stay here (even on a rainy weekend) and will definitely be back. We stayed in the "Beach Memory" room and were very happy. It had a California King bed, lots of windows, and a private bathroom. It was on the 3rd floor with a view of the beach and street and access to the top deck (of three) was right down the hall. A very generous and delicious hot buffet breakfast was included which we enjoyed on the porch. The Inn was clean and meticulously cared for. The beach was only 3 houses away! We already plan on coming back in the winter and/or spring and definitely next summer as well.

Reviewed By JLBarberOn a scale of 1-5 we give it a 1. I was there for a wedding and all the rooms were guest at the wedding, so I saw several the rooms and not one is worth what we paid. I was given what they called the sweet for $284.64, the cobwebs in the bathroom and dust on some of the early 1900 furniture, well I would have left if I had booked it myself. The best was the door on the porch did not lock and the outside staircase was right there. The place needs to be taken down before it falls down. The so-called breakfast was coffee or tea and cake.
