Reviewed By roserM1219TJWhen checking in the room paid for was not available so another room was assigned. Upon entering this room, there was a used condom, washcloth on couch and bed was not made. Went back to front desk only to be told that was the last room and housekeeping had gone for the day. When asked about refund, I was told that was up to me to get that taking care of. When asked to speak to manager, he said to tell me he could call tomorrow. This is a new hotel! Completely unacceptable!

5 star clean...0 stars water pressure
Reviewed By RoyceB_13Until they get the water pressure situation fixed..do NOT stay there. We were there a couple days before Christmas..hotel maybe half full at best. Water pressure in the shower was good for about 5 minutes, then non existent. Took two showers and water stopped both times. Just a dribble at best. Absolutely unacceptable!! No price adjustments were offered! On the plus side, hotel was very clean. Some staff very attentive, others not so much!! Breakfast was great first day, ran out at 9 second day. Had to go to front desk to get cook to come and refill. Not good! Pool was closed even though it was 75 degrees. Beds were good, ac worked great!! Get that water fixed!! Many reviews complained about the same thing. Can't blame lack of water on Covid!!

Reviewed By aaverett490655Bathroom in my first room flooded, everything got wet. No big deal to them, just moved me. Hallways and room smelled like marijuana, guest weren’t even trying to hide it lol. Everything in room was rusted

Two night stay - No issues
Reviewed By BetsyC10384We stayed here for 2 nights. No complaints. The room was very clean and you could tell had just been renovated. The breakfast staff was very nice. We had a rental car so it was convient for us to get around. We would stay here again. Parking lot would be tight for vehicles with trailers.
