Reviewed By pjmoorhouseI stayed here for 4 nights as part of a business trip, though this certainly isn’t a business hotel. The bar is behind reception and the restaurant is more canteen. But that’s not a problem if that’s all you expect. Check in was fast and easy and was soon in the room which is basically a small apartment with cooking facilities and small lounge area. The beds are long and thin and a bit awkward if you’re used to a double bed. The shower was also good. This is definitely more hostel than hotel but it’s clean and was a good place to sleep after a days work. It’s also infinitely better than the other hotel in Sunndalsøra. With limited options in the area, this is certainly the best.

Reviewed By GourmettrolletStayed one night in this centrally located hotel in Sunndalsoera. Parking is free and easy available just opposite the hotel entrance. Kind staff. Hotel room was very ordinary, just a place to sleep. Need some renovation soon, boring interior. We had a room towards downtown, spectacular view towards the mountains, but some noise from the street down under. Breakfast was not plentiful, but delicate presented in a old style room with a nice view outside. A bit expensive - NOK 1280 breakfast included - so room standard was expected better to give it a better rating.

Reviewed By SupadappaSpent a night here whilst on 'norgesferie' this summer. It's a beautiful old building in a classic Norwegian setting. From here we drove out and visited stunning Innerdalen. Staff were fairly friendly. Breakfast was the typical (Norwegian) spread of bread, sliced meats, cheese, egg etc. They should probably have covered it somehow as there were flies buzzing around. The room was fairly small, every sound in the corridor could be heard. This is of course a very old building so I wasn't surprised, but this is something to be aware of. View from the window of the mountains was a sight to wake up to. Bathrooms are shared but certain ones are designated to certain rooms. I thought that we were sharing ours with just one other room but it turned out that that bathroom was shared with two other rooms. Meaning short showers if you're considerate. Said bathroom was adequate but worth noting that there was no shower gel provided. If you're prepared for the corridor noise and bathroom situation, then this is a great place to stay. Innerdalen is certainly one of the most beautiful places I've visited in this country.

Fuglevag Camping is located at the end of alvundfjord. Good fishing. Nice beach - child friendly. Beautiful area for walking/hiking.

Reviewed By Valdeml8Dette er et hyggelig lite sted, med fantastisk utsikt og hyggelig betjening. Leide en av de nye hyttene noen dager sammen med familien. Anbefales på det sterkeste. Ikke veldig langt til hverken Molde eller Kristiansund om man ønsker å besøke et større sted også. Ville ha valgt et annet sted om storbyferie var ønsket.
