Reviewed By zonderr2021A very nice hotel to stay. I was on a trip to Monaco and stopped over for the night. Room was big and clean. Okay doe a good rest and a shower. A bit noisy, i was on the first floor and warm. Warm is common in rooms in Suisse and Austria. Bed was fine not really hard but that’s what I like anyway. Breakfast okay, wry friendly staff. Parking can be done behind the hotel, for me it was free. The public parking in front of the hotel is paid. Price for the room and breakfast was fine to me, i needed rest. Not the cheapest one but for sure it’s not an average low budget looking hotel. Restaurant was open until 22:00.

Reviewed By Go261223Zum Beck has just the right combination of elements that makes for a perfect holiday - cosy rooms, kind, flexible and friendly staff, an outstanding breakfast and the location is nothing short of incredible (few steps from the lake, easy access to hike and bike routes, close to station). We spent only 3 days in Stanstad, but I can say with confidence that staying at Zum Beck made us feel home and taken care of. By far the best hospitality experience we had in Switzerland in our 5 years here.

This time we were surprised by the poor service….reception at the front desk was cold…..at breakfast we asked for an omelet….the waitress looked at us as if we were asking for the moon….poor choices at the buffet…there were few choices of bread…no more croissant….i was told they were baked at the moment…and they had 80 guests today morning….. Hair dryer not working…. I strongly suggest to look for another place.

Reviewed By Ankita LHotel is quite far from nearest boat Station. No lift, no air conditioner, no fan even.. carry your luggage by own no helping Hand from Hotel. Staff was nice but owner is quite rude.. Review Hotel rules before booking as rules are quite tough and they Charge one to one EURO Exchange with CHF.
