Innisbrook, A Salamander Golf & Spa Resort

Very tired

2 nights, 4 rounds package with a friend. The accomodation is old and tired even though I booked direct through the resort. It was cheap, as it should be. Service largely disinterested. Copperhead is a good course in pretty good condition. The others are ok but in really poor shape. Lots of other places you could enjoy.

Not hot water. Ants

On day 4/7 with No hot water at all! Unable to shower in 3 days. Washing face & hands with cold water ??? same for the others in this section. Spoke with guests in another section who’ve had no problem with hot water. Victoria from the front desk states “we can’t move you to another room and we can’t refund you if you leave” when I stated I need to go to a hotel where there is hot water. It’s awful they won’t accommodate a paying customer or give a refund (I paid for a week) for the remainder of the week. When I checked in they did not ask if I wanted a room with or without hot water ?‍♀️?‍♀️ they obviously know there is no hot water in this section. Others I spoke with stated they’ve been reporting it for over a week! They keep saying it’s being worked on… that’s a lie. You can bet the attorney generals office, BBB and any other necessary entity will be sent a copy of the email I sent to the district manager along with a letter of complaint. I encourage others to do the same. If you are in the area, keep driving, there’s better places up the road who charge the same.

Worst hotel I've ever been in.

Overpriced for the season ft $115 per night; NO DISCOUNTS; Nothing at all like the pictures posted. BAD List very long: tv remote needed batteries; no working light bulb in entry light to room; no cups or glasses of any kind; no microwave, phone but not working so had to use my own phone to call desk for light bulb and batteries, no top sheet for bed, (Thankfully I had my own sheets and a sleeping bag in car) so put those on top of the bed, bath-shower peeling paint and rust, mildew in tile cracks. Before as Red Roof, it was cheap but decent. I only stayed because it was late and I was tired. This is the absolute pits. Never again.
