Great stay, close to sea, late check out
Reviewed By GunnnyWe stay for one night with my husband and was suprised of nice places which I booked 20 minutes before comming to Lapmezciems. Owner is nice lady, who dont distribute us. We had kettle and some plates and cups in our room, and we could make our own morning coffee (coffee we bougt in closest shop). Owner told us that we can move out any time till evening, she is really very nice and hopefull lady. About room, it was clean, we had private bathroom and entrance. Furniture is little bit old, and would be nice to renew bed and wallpaper, but for this money it was really great :) Suggest to all who needs fresh air, peace and wants to stay near the see.

Horrible, run down, filthy guesthouse
Reviewed By clairecomminsThis guesthouse is horrible, run down and filthy. We had booked for 3 nights, the owner got really rude and refused to refund our money when we asked to leave. I begged him, I said I would pay for one night if he refuned the other two but he refused. The place has ants ? and flies every where. The room was tiny. The owner said it had a terrace/balcony but was just a horrible rusty fire escape with stairs shared between 2 rooms. The bathroom was really dirty and had mould. The downstairs dirty bathroom at reception had a washing machine in it, it’s horrible to think that Is where the sheets and towels are washed. The pool was horrible, smelly, small and dirty, he said if we paid rent for the pool he would have cleaned it. The property was advertised as 3km from centre it was 18k and cost us 17 euro to get there and we pay again for a taxi back to centre to find another location. It’s was advertised as having nice access to a beach. There was a dangerous road to be crossed, and a horrible wooded area that wad full of ants ?. The lights in the bedroom were broken and it had a horrible barbecue area. My children cried when the Owner was so horrible to us. Health and safety in other counties would have closed this place down. Please look at the pictures I have attached to prove that my review is totally honest.
