The friendly pub style accommodation is perfect for families, couples, executives & travellers. The Room types on offer include Double, Triple and Family Rooms with shared bathroom access. There is also a Double room with an ensuite bathroom. Each room provides the conveniences of a wardrobe, bedside lamp, air-conditioning, flat-screen television, towels & linen, toiletries, complimentary tea & coffee and free wifi.

Reviewed By stuartd663Under the bed had not been cleaned in a while, bottle tops and other rubbish found under the bed. Dead cockroach at side of bed. Wheel missing off 1 corner of the bed. Milk in the cartons supplied had curdled (no fridge). No teaspoon and only 3 sachets of coffee. Door to shared balcony could not be locked. Linen appeared to be clean. Shower a little grubby. Fairly unwelcoming staff member on check in. Easy access to train station and shops and nice sports bar. Can be noisy in the evening but that was expected. Recommend Extra Crispy Chicken shop down the road!

Reviewed By caddy60sHaving Supported this hotel for more than 25 years the change of ownership has seen the place go backwards fast . Rude staff, arrogant management and loyal customers of previous owner deserting in droves ; perhaps never to return . There is a pall of a business that may find it difficult to do as well the previous owners .
