Service quality and COVID healthy protocol not met
Reviewed By christellel542This hotel is noisy, do not respect the COVID healthy protocol for a self service breakfast, no wifi working and guests complaining ! The onwers are not welcoming and we heard several guests also complaining about quality and price during the check out.

Feel like a royalty
Reviewed By SironRatStayed here for two nights in the Louis XVI room and as the name suggests the room is fit for royalty. This place is carefully renovated and all the rooms and the garden has a personal touch. You can really see there is a lot of effort behind all the beautiful decorations both inside and outside the castle. We have already booked another stay here on our way back.

Reviewed By VeroTuttoBeneLes gérants du gîte ont été parfaitement odieux, nous sommes venus en groupe de travail, aux deux repas que nous avions réservé et payé en avance des personnes de notre groupe se sont retrouvées sans manger, par dessus quoi les gérants ont fait un scandale car, même informés de la situation, ils ne leur ont pas servi plus de nourriture et leur ont interdit de consommer leur propres provisions. Condescendants et caractériels, ils ont fait des scènes avant de augmenter intempestivement les prix du séjour (de 140%) alors que nous étions déjà sur place ! Service terrible, déplorable étant donné la beauté du site, géré par des vautours dépourvus de respect.

Alpine meadows and cow bells
Reviewed By aquafambublishAdjacent to Abbeye de Boscodon with super views of snow-capped mountains and only the sound of tinkling cow bells outside our window. Accommodation is typically Alpine and evening meal very tasty and 'robust'. Our host was mad keen on Campagnolo cycling memorabilia (we arrived by bicycle) and was very friendly. Waking up to a sunny morning after rain and having the Abbaye to ourselves was magical! If you want to stay off the beaten track then this is it! Didn't have time but I bet the walking around here is fabulous.
