On December 28,2019, we found left over food from previous guests on the drawer which is an indicator that they don’t clean in between guests. A closet door in one of the rooms fell while being opened and significantly injured one of our family members. They do not maintain the facility well. Yet they had the nerve to charge extra for the third guest or more in a 2 bedroom suite(?). This is more like a dorm for foreigners who are probably working illegally in this country.

This place is excellent. I give Ma'am Stefanie a high rating. The staff friendly, treat you very well, and are very accommodating. Food was sarap at a good price and room service excellent. Aircon worked well. I suggest you request to check the room first which they allowed us to do to be sure it meets your climate expectations. The bathrooms are Philippine style meaning no separation between shower and toilet. Get over it. No "smell" in the room. Shame on you "tourists" who expect $100 US a night facility but will only pay $25 US. We stayed 2 weeks. My wife can be demanding and I am a spoiled 'Cano used to a cooler climate. Thank you for your service and putting up with us. We may stay again next time we are in Manila.

Probably the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Reviewed By AurelianoBuendia3

Don’t let the unassuming building trick you. This is an excellent hotel for anyone staying in the area. It’s near the Sta. Lucia LRT2 station and there’s plenty of other transportation options available. There are also plenty of malls, restaurants, and shops that are walking distance. The hotel itself is fortunately tucked away along a quiet street away from all the busyness. Check-in was efficient if not slightly mechanical. No complaints—it was the fastest check-in process I’ve experienced. The superior room where I stayed “wowed” me by its great value. For the amount I paid, I got a well laid out room with decent/proper furnishings. The room amenities included, a comfortable queen bed with plenty of pillows and comfortable beddings, a modern TV (with Netflix), a closet with hangers, coffee/tea making facility, back-lit vanity mirror, work desk with two chairs, a bathroom with shower and tub. The room even had a bedroom bench! Water pressure was strong with a good supply of hot water. There’s no dental kit supplied so make sure to bring your own. I had an issue with the WI-FI, but didn’t bother having it fixed as I had a good data plan and reception was strong. One downside to the room where I stayed was the noise. I stayed during the weekend, and I could hear music from some establishment outside. It disappeared eventually, but could be an issue for light sleepers. Basic food and drinks are available on-site, but I wasn’t able to try them. There’s a small dining area near the entrace, which I think is used for breakfast. Overall, probably the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Will definitely return in case I need accommodations in the area.
