Reviewed By to489The front desk staff was friendly. They kept the warm cookies coming. As far as the accommodations my room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival which is a concern with COVID still an issue. Also my room was not cleaned when I came back after my meetings. I called the front desk and was told it was too late and I had to request housekeeping in advance. I thought housekeeping cleaning your room came with the stay. When did it have to be requested in advance? I was with a large group and we all complained but nothing was done. We were told that there were signs all over the hotel which was not true. I was told someone from corporate would contact me regarding my concern. It has been months now and I'm still waiting for someone to call.

Reviewed By Climber798071The main pic is the nicer side of motel. Past that it is old dated and falling apart. We felt unsafe! Bathroom had black curly hair all over the floor! It’s while tile, so easy to see them..not cleaned. Read the reviews and pay a couple bucks more and stay some place else. I stayed because the other hotels rate were very high because of a event in the area.

Good place, a little pricey.
Reviewed By SAMIA111117Room was clean. Check in and out was easy. Plenty of parking. Breakfast could've been longer. Didn't hear any voices or people through the walls. I wish they would have better washing machines that don't need quarters. I didn't have any and no gas stations had quarters.

Night from hell
Reviewed By joesB5334TJThis is my worst experience ever in a hotel . I went to the washroom in the middle of the night . Washroom door wouldn’t open with me locked inside . Fire dept had to break in my hotel room and washroom . Hotels response we didn’t lock you in the washroom . Told them neither did I , they wouldn’t even change my room for me after this happened . So my room couldn’t be dead bolted so I didn’t sleep well at all . I had to insist they give me the room for free , manager had to go check my room before he would even talk to me . Stay away
