Really nice hotel close to Paris less 10 km and near to Disneyland, Orly and Roissy airport. Good deserved by subway and bus. Hotel with meeting room, bar, breakfast, free internet access, and 75 rooms. All the rooms are furnished in chill out wooded's style. We will please to see you soon and to be a part of your unforgetable trip in Paris.

Way too expensive for what you get!
Reviewed By LOD1208We stayed with my husband for 3 nights to be as close as possible to family members living in the area. We booked initially a superior but then upgraded again because the room was very bad. We ended up paying 150€ a night for a room with windows broken (we couldn’t close the bathroom window after opening it), we had no hot water for 2 days (1 evening and next and final morning). Decoration is ugly and very very old, very poor condition overall. No plugs nowhere we even had one of the bedside table light not plugged in because there was no plug. We were woken up by the maid on the first morning because there is not even signs to indicate you are in your room... And when we checked I it we complained about the hot water and the hotel response was « no other client complained »! What a shameful response. So in a nutshell: - poor condition - no measure whatsoever regarding extra cleaning due to Covid - service is awful - it s way too expensive for what it is like by far! - this place is a sh*t hole and does not deserve 3 stars Don’t book go somewhere else or book an apartment this does not deserve to welcome guests!

Reviewed By christophe100175L'emplacement est de première qualité. Dans le centre de Saint Maur mairie. Mais pas de place de parking prévu. Donc il faut aller tourner son disque toutes les 01H30 (seulement en journée évidemment) pour éviter l'amende de 35€. Et pas facile pour moi qui travaillait de nuit et qui devait se reposer la journée. L'accueil Dame très gentille et souriante La chambre Quand vous rentrez dedans, on est envahi par une sensation de tristesse tellement c'est lugubre. Le lit ne donne pas envie de se coucher et même une fois dessus le matelas est horrible Les rideaux sont sales De la moisissure dans les coins de mur/plafond La douche avec de la peinture qui tombe en ruine au plafond et un rideau de douche en séparation qui pour moi est un sérieux manque à l'hygiène. La fenêtre a un jour donc n'est pas étanche Et une odeur de cigarillos dans le couloir et la chambre intenable. J'avais réservé pour 2 jours. Je me suis reposé tout juste 2 heures car tellement énervé par cette odeur de tabac et le bruit du boulevard dû au manque d’étanchéité de la fenêtre que je suis parti. Après ma seconde nuit de travail, j'ai préféré trouver un autre hôtel pour bien me reposer. J'ai été rendre les clés de la chambre après un bon repos et j'ai exposé à la personne mon non retour dans la chambre et la réponse très cordiale a été "Je ne peux rien faire pour vous". Mon sentiment est quand on veut, on peut!

Our room had a dirty stained carpet, plug sockets hanging off the wall, white gaffer tape stick on the ceiling, very dated pink bathroom with stained toilet seat, scratchy towels, no plugs in the bath or sink, the bar wasn't operating and you could only have breakfast. For 8euros got a tray with a croissant, hot drink, piece of French bread and small orange juice...the second morning we also were given a yoghurt and an apple. The common areas were just as tatty and the breakfast area had an ugly conference table taking up most of the space. This has to be the worst hotel We've ever stayed in. My tip, stay somewhere else unless they have a major refurbishment!

Reviewed By Annie KNous étions de passage en région parisienne et en cherchant une chambre d'hôte aux alentours de paris j'ai réservé chez Kate et son époux ! Couple franco-américain fort sympathique. Nous avons été accueillis lors de notre arrivée par Kate et Jeffrey qui nous attendaient, un peu comme s'ils attendaient des amis ! Nous avons échangé quelques mots, et ils nous ont présenté leur demeure fort agréable, aux abords de Paris où on a l'impression d'être à la campagne ! De plus, la Marne coule à deux pas et les hôtes proposent une location de vélos pour faire des balades en bord de rivière ! J'ajoute que n'ayant que de très peu de temps nous n'avons pas loué de vélos, mais avons découvert la très agréable promenade à pieds ! Nous étions trois, et Kate propose une petite suite dotée de deux chambres avec un lit de 140 et un autre de 90 ! La formule est vraiment fort intéressante, le coût raisonnable 125 € pour trois petits déjeuners inclus ! Kate et son conjoint sont l'écoute et souhaitent développer leur activité en proposant, un peu plus tard un dîner devant la cheminée ! Le petit déjeuner qui nous a été servi était parfait avec des produits de qualité ! je présume que les dîners seront tout aussi savoureux ! Je souhaite à Kate et Jeffrey de nombreux nouveaux hôtes via Tripadvisor site sur lequel ils n'apparaissaient pas ! Alors n'hésitez pas c'est un très bel endroit
