Excellent stay ..Lovely Hotel
Reviewed By PINX60This is a really lovely independent hotel in a perfect location. We had a double room on the 2nd floor overlooking to seafront and the DDay memorial. Easy parking on site. On arrival we were checked in swiftly by a lovely lady who spoke good english. Our room was very welcoming and extremely comfortable with everything that you need including a hospitality tray. The bathroom had been recently renovated and was very clean. I must comment that the bed pillows were like sleeping on a cloud they were lovely and soft. It was bitter cold outside but with the excellent double glazing and the adjustable temperature on the radiators we were very comfortable. We chose the pay €35 pp half board supplement so enjoyed a really superb evening meal from a set menu and an enjoyable buffet breakfast the next morning. The decoration of this hotel is of a good quality and everywhere so clean including the large windows facing the sea ! We recommend this hotel and will return if we are in the area.

Reviewed By richardjw44Very nice staff/owner, very welcoming, showed us the room before charging any fees. Some of the decor was about dated but was very comfortable. The hotel is a stones throw away from Juno beach. If like us you spend your time travelling the dday memorials then this is perfect, if you want a beautiful family hotel to spend a major amount of time in then this is not it. The room was clean, the bathroom also clean with fresh towels every day, beds comfy with good mattress and clean sheets daily. Window out to courtyard clean and worked, hdtv in good order with remote.
