Nice terrace to relax
Reviewed By TheChiefWe always stop by this hotel for a few drinks on the terrace when we are in Santa Christina. Nice views and a great place to sit and take some time out. Service has always been good and prices reasonable. We’ll return when we return.

MEJOR QUE EN CASA
Reviewed By ReginaAsturiasHemos estado alojados mus dos hijos y mi marido y yo en estos excepcionales apartamentos. Lo positivo: Sin barreras estructurales en los bajos y primeros. Desde el garaje se accede a la planta directamente en ascensor. Es una comodidad no tener la preocupación de buscar aparcamiento y saber que tu equipaje sólo te costará acercarlo 10 metros al ascensor. Limpieza sin igual. No hemos encontrado rastro de polvo ni de suciedad en todo el apartamento, desde debajo de las camas, sofá, baños, bajo las camas, horno, nevera... ¡Incluso detrás de la televisión sin polvo!... Ni mi casa está tan limpia.Maravillosi. Camas confortables, con tanto colchones como almohadones como ropa de cama comodísimo. Baños impecables, decorados con estilo moderno, mamparas, platos de ducha, lavabos, perfectos. Con gel de ducha de cortesía. Cocina con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios: placa vitrocerámica, horno de 60 cm, campana extractora y nevera combi, batidora, tostadora, cafetera. No hay lavavajillas pero en su lugar una buena pila con detergente, balleta, estropajo, trapo de cocina. Todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Abundante menaje. Y en la recepción, algunos básicos como azúcar, cacao, sal, etc. Papel de cocina, cubo, escoba. Etc Entorno: perfecto, tranquilo y con un mercado de fruta y verduras, supermercado, cafeterías y cervecerías. Lo negativo. Nada. Punto de mejora, siendo muy, muy exigente... Se podría añadir al estupendo menaje de cocina un exprimidor para los zumos de naranja del desayuno. En una palabra ¡AMAZING!

There is also a coffee shop with sea views. Outside, the hotel has gardens and tennis courts. The city of La Coruna is 4km away across the Burgo Estuary. The Celuisma Rias Altas has a peaceful seaside setting. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
Shocking breakfast with indifferent staff
Reviewed By rd78Room very dated but at least clean. The noisy mini bar fridge in our room was the least of our worries... The shocker was at breakfast! - A few slices of ham, and cheese. - A few small chunks of watermelon. - A few dried up pieces of tortilla. - White sliced bread. That was the extent of what was on offer to the waiting guests at 9am that morning... I waited in DISBELIEF, willing them to fill the empty space on their large breakfast tables... No, this was actually it! One guest complained, the waiters instead brought out extra cups... ...a little later a plate of ham and cheese and some extra pieces dried up tortilla appeared... I witnessed one guest taking photos at the spectacle! Their advertised breakfast was displayed in the lobby and lift, a bowl of cereal/porridge/yoghurt, fresh juice... the reality was far far from what was advertised! At check out that same morning I complained to the staff member but their response was a feeble, quietly mumbled sorry. I expressed how unhappy I was to be paying for the breakfast; in silence, the staff member proceeded to print and hand over the invoice. This is not customer service! We felt truly ripped off and unheard by the indifferent and poor response of the staff there. We will not be recommending this place.
