Reviewed By Nico UI've stayed here three times over several years. And how often do I still think about my stays in Motovun? Once it was during a film festival where the entire village was under the spell of film art. What a beautiful location, area and place of peace. Hugely friendly staff, especially Slaven.

Reviewed By karolinag805It was our first holiday as a family with our one year old daughter. The resort is nice, villas a bit old schools, could do some refurbishment but after all it was enjoyable stay. We had self catering, we didn’t use any restaurant at the resort so can’t say anything about them. It was after high season and because of corona not many people so it was nice, quiet. Staff friendly.

We had to pay for kids double (including accommodation tax that kids normally don't have to pay according the law) and didn't get a receipt. The stuff was really friendly and nice (especially Mrs and her son Goran), but Mister the owner who manages their finances was really unpleasant.

Quiet location
Reviewed By on4bamWe had two rooms here. No-one was there when we arrived but after we phoned 5 minutes later someone came to check us in. Our ground floor room was spacious and had a jacuzzi. The other room was on the 2nd floor. There was however a smell in the bathroom . Breakfast was simple but enough for our taste as we just asked for eggs made to order. Internet was slow at times.

Reviewed By bornar620Our stay in Villa Lav was above our expectation. Room was very clean. People that are working at Villa Lav are very polite and friendly. Pool and the whole ambient is tremendous. Food is excelent. If you want to enjoy this is the right place. Value for money is the best!

Reviewed By kalp-51We stayed in the Trevisol Apartment for 5 Nights. Great service, prompt communication. Luca & Carlo both are very helpful. Apartment Has all essential Amenities & great view from the big windows looking at the ocean.Apartment is in the Pedestrian Zone And walking distance to all attractions.Bed Room is in the back , so very peaceful at night.

Reviewed By splico1977The apartment is located in suburn of Rovinj. It is cca 200 meters from the sea. Near the apartment there is a small market and a restaurant. A girl who works in a villa is very polite. Every morning she brought us free croissants (fresh and warm), she would knock easy on the door so that she would not awaken or bother us and she would leave them by the door. The apartment has everything you need if you do not have large requests. The villa has its own parking space for 2-3 cars, but there are free parking spaces nearby.

Nice location which would need some improvements
Reviewed By cristian_kempfThe location and the view were excellent. Having breakfast outside, a few meters from the beach, was absolutely brilliant. Rovinj is a nice 45 minutes walk away. Parking spaces are available inside the property, although sometimes you require some good parking skills, especially with a bigger car. The people are nice and the rooms are clean. It is great to fall asleep with an open window hearing the sea. But...The walls seem to be made of paper... you can hear every conversation of your neighbors... sneezing, keys in the door lock and other sounds around the clock. This was very annoying. In the bathroom no soap was provided. There was a kitchen at the ground floor, but it was usually locked so you had no access if you needed something. The breakfast was very poor. It was priced with 8 EUR per person, but the quality was very low and not worth it.

Four recently (2012) and fully renovated four-star apartments in Rovinj, Old Town. Very quiet and not far away from the centre or the beach (200m). Marble bathrooms, full oak floors, high quality mattresses, satellite TV, Wi-fi. Can accommodate 3 or 4 people. Rare find in Old town Rovinj, the cheapest 4-star accommodation in Old Town. Fully equip ed laundry also within a house. The studio apartments are at the second, third, fourth and fifth level, while the laundry is at the street level. Available separately or as a single house.
Charming small hotel in the Old Town Rovinj
Reviewed By Frank NMy wife and I find Villa Oscar a great location in the middle of the Old Town Rovinj. It is very close to the Buffet Trevisol for breakfast and a morning bath in the sea. Friendly and sweet host who always made sure we had clean towels and bed sheets. Mattress a little on the hard side but ok. Pillows are rather gigantic but soft. We have stayed here several times before including on the top floor apartment where you also get a roof terrace with a great view. Some of the rooms have clothlines outside the window that crosses the street in typical Italian movie style. Felt really at home. The stairs to the rooms are rather steep and narrow so no place for disabled people

Situato nella zona Dell ospedale...ad accogliervi ci sarà un ragazzo davvero molto gentile e simpatico che parla benissimo l italiano di nome Paolo...! Sempre disponibile con i clienti soprattutto se vi perdete nella zona ahah... X il resto stanze nuove e rigorosamente pulite... Dotate di tv e WiFi... Climatizzatore e un ampio terrazzo dove poter fare comodamente colazione su dei divanetti... Colazione che viene concessa con macchina da caffè e biscotti... X altro attrezzatevi... Ottimo il prezzo... Consigliato...!
