Reviewed By TravelLovers2We booked a premium room that has a balcony with two chairs and a small table to look out to the vineyards and the beautiful surrounding area. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was included in our rate and it had good options to get your day started. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to explore La Rioja for 3 days. The staff was friendly and attentive. You have parking right outside the hotel. Very interesting how you go down to your floor instead of going up. The check in area is the first thing you walk into. As you're going down on the elevator, you can see their bodega and the long lines of barrels. On one of the days we were there, we took a tour of their bodega and was very impressed. We would definitely stay here again when we return to La Rioja.

Reviewed By dominus_matthaeusJust stayed for one night between cities in a lengthy business trip. Room was clean, comfortable and functional, though small and the choice of colours a bit drab. Good wifi, friendly and helpful staff. The location was a bit iffy - Vitoria has areas with more charm, and at night I discovered this is very close to the street where everyone goes to stand outside and drink - not so close that I could hear it, but I went out in the evening for supper and the atmosphere outside was a bit off-putting.

Apartamento en planta superior de chalet. Dispone de 2 habitaciones con baño privado, cocina, comedor y jardín.

Reviewed By IdmarcEl alojamiento y el entorno son muy tranquilos; de hecho en la habitación no hay TV. Asi que para desconectar de todo, muy bien. A 10 min.de Gasteiz. A destacar la limpieza de la habitación y el tener tostadora, microondas, cafetera, nevera, fregadero y enseres etc., cómodo y....necesario, ya que en el pueblo no hay bares.

Preciosa casa
Reviewed By viajesymmasHemos estado una noche y hemos estado genial. La dueña nos atendió de maravilla, es encantadora. La casa tiene 5 habitaciones y todas tienen baño privado. Se puede alquilar entera o por habitaciones. La decoracion, la cocina con todos los utensilios hacen que la estancia sea inmejorable. El pueblo es pequeño y esta a 10 minutos de Laguardia y a 20 de logroño. Nosotros volveremos porque hemos estado muy agusto.

It has en-suite single and double studios with kitchen, bathroom and a free WiFi Internet connection.

Reviewed By M9067LKsandragDesde que llegamos la gente que encontramos en recepción no pudieron ser mas amables y darnos mas facilidades. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y equipadas. En el baño hay toallas, gel, shampoo, etc. En la cocina hay detergente, estropajo y balleta a estrenar y vajilla mas que suficiente. El servicio de consignas también nos gustó ya que tu elegías la hora en la que recogías tu equipaje. La última cosa que me apetece compartir es que nos sorprendió el buen clima que se respiraba, frases motivadoras y de respeto, salas comunitarias, zonas solidarias.... Estamos seguras de que vamos a volver.

Reviewed By MichaelE944Miles from anywhere. Very difficult to find. Only place to eat is a truck stop about four miles away. Unfortunately we had booked for outbound and inbound leg of our drive and I even paid for both dates. More than happy to sacrifice the cash not to go back

TOTALMENTE DECEPCIONANTE
Reviewed By doloretassLa estancia ha sido tremendamente decepcionante. De luxury solo tiene el nombre. Terrible mal olor en la cocina. Las camas normalitas con unas mantas que se iban solas a la jubiliacion de viejas que eran, incluidas las almohadas. En el comedor un sofa viejo feo y hundido, incomodisimo. El viaje ha sido en el puente del pilar con temperaturas de 2 grados por la noche y 4 por la mañana, bueno pues no teniamos calefaccion, al parecer la explicacion fue que la calefaccion era centralizada en todo el edificio y los vecinos no habian decidido todavia que fuese el momento de encenderla por lo que estabamos congelados. Nos propusieron encender un calefactor de baño, antiquisimo viejo que se desconectaba solo, para calentar toda la casa! increible. Eso al modico precio de 200 euros la noche.! Ni siquiera tenian un sacacorchos para poder abrir una botella de vino en la cena. Un completo desastre de alojamiento que repito NO TIENE NADA DE LUJO. muy al contrario. Un pesimo mantenimento del apartamente. PAra no repetir.
