No decent channels to watch and very poor wifi
Reviewed By NorthStar14974476378My first time in BCD for business and the place is too far from the city center. I also work remotely and I need to have a stable internet . The 4 days that I've stayed I was barely able to be online and do my work so I ended up using my own data. There are no decent channels to watch ,out of the 961 cable channels that they have around 60 plus or so are active and out of 60 channels if not local news you will watch kids channel the rest shows "you are not.subscribed" hahaha :-) I guess you get what you paid for.

Very organised and safe, decent prices
Reviewed By TombraideriiI am a professional diver and always search for the right combination of safety, service and price. This dive centre ticks all the boxes. Jinn looked after us from the start with helpful information about the dive trips. Kim the receptionist made everything super easy for me including paying with PayPal. The boats are huge, clean with fantastic boat crew. Veggo options for lunch and the food was great! For you Apo Island trip they include breakfast and lunch so it’s such great value. Our guide was a utter legend- Ray. An expert macro hunter with a very relaxed vibe. It was spectacular diving and I saw so many critters I didn’t even know existed. After you dives hang out and play some badminton or some cheap, cold beers. There’s hammocks and lounge chairs too. Very highly recommend!

Reviewed By Explorer656683We stayed for 1 night, the location is very accessible. Our room was spacious, the AC was perfectly working, loved the shower, the bed and pillows were amazing. Value for money 5stars. They also provided our request for "tabo." Hehe

Small and busy
Reviewed By KendalVisayasWe visited on a Sunday, the following day was a holiday, so it was very busy. Actually, much busier than I would have thought allowed with covid restrictions, many appeared to have booked rooms. With it being so busy, you'd think they would be strictly enforcing restrictions, but that wasn't the case, their waiting staff weren't even wearing masks. I wonder what precautions they were taking for food preparations. We were there because of the whole day electrical blackout in the area, to relax and eat. We ordered a variety of foods, including hummus with falafel. There were two or three so called Israeli dishes on the menu too. Having worked in Iraq, Qatar, Dubai and Jordan, I have a pretty good idea what authentic hummus, falafel and the bread should be like. The hummus was fairly good, if a little on the bland side, bread was good though not authentic. The falafel was strange, I've only every had it in balls, these were like medallions and rather overcooked. The rest of the food was typical Filipino dishes and ok, with being anything special. Prices were reasonable and portions were good enough.

Reviewed By Chloé RNous sommes arrivées entre amis nous étions 3. Les chambres étaient correctes, salle de bain également. Il manquait le papier toilette. C'était dommage car le propriétaire était en train de construire un nouveau logement à côté du notre donc dès 7h des bruits de machines à répétitions impossible de se reposer jusqu'à 9h. Les rideaux sont très fins, donc le soleil passe rapidement à travers les fenêtres le matin. La climatisation est très bien ! Le petit déjeuner aussi.

Poor service not worth going back for
Reviewed By 11018933- Booked around 8 rooms for a wedding. -Missed their check in time, made us wait 2 hours. - Ran out of eggs for breakfast (basic thing to have in any hotel inventory, couldn't even be bothered to restock despite wide availability around the area), did not even have the courtesy to give a heads up and just served the breakfast with vegetables, which nobody wanted. - Unresponsive on several instances when calling for service from the room. - Failed to inform guests that items were left for them at the front desk, despite being given instructions and having access to guest's contact details. - Poor noise isolation, parties outside and inside the venue can be heard from the rooms. Could not sleep well. Overall impression: they do not run a tight ship. Need a proper hotel manager, proprietors have minimal hospitality experience.

Reviewed By _ishantotsWe had a nice stay but our stay could have been better if staffs were proactive in giving out information. We thought that our booking has a free breakfast but ended up paying 800 pesos. Place is far from the main highway with no mode of public transport. Room were spacious and clean. Kudos to all thr staff who keeps on smilling.

Reviewed By 809eerishStayed in this place 18 Feb- 19 Feb. From the day I checked in until the day I checked out I have always been amazed at how the staff interacts and assists the guests. All of them, from the receptionist to the boys who were standing outside the door, they are all very helpful without a doubt. The breakfast was surprisingly good. You got to chose what food would you like to have for breakfast as per the menu given. Thank you so much for the nice short stay. You guys deserved an appreciation from the management. Keep it up!
