Reviewed By josephgK4951WAStayed here from 10th May to 17th hotel a bit dated had a good time EXCEPT we were charged 100 euro when we arrived which we paid by card and informed this would be returned when we left The guy on reception processed our card as we were checking out but the 100 euro was never returned to our bank.Tried ringing and e- mailing but getting no response.Feel this is a rip off.

Poorly Managed Hotel - BEWARE
Reviewed By PicsueOn Mar 20th, we arrived in Barcelona, picked up our rental car, and started driving to Tarragona. We booked the hotel through Expedia at 1700hrs for that evening. We arrived at 1800hrs at the Port Plaza Apartments and the gate was locked. We called all of the contact numbers and emailed - no response. We received the email to complete the online checkin process at 18:27 which was done immediately. No access code for the hotel and apartment was received. We called all of the phone numbers provided and used the chat function but no response. At 20:34 we finally gave up and found another hotel. At 22:39 they sent the access codes however we were already asleep at another hotel. I replied the next day in the chat requested a refund and was advised that no charges had been applied for the night. Upon returning home, I confirmed with my credit card company that the full amount was charged 186,85EUR and there has been no credit. They even charged me the 100EUR damage deposit. There was nothing on their listing to indicate that evening hours arrival would be a problem and even though they indicate 24hrs service, this is far from the truth. Absolutely No Customer Service!

Reviewed By Jordi rCasa rural muy cerca de la plaza Mayor de Prades y aun asi la zona es tranquila. La habitación limpia ,cómoda y agradable. No es recomendable para personas de movilidad reducida. Tiene una terraza muy apetecible para sentarse, mientras tomas algo, disfrutar del silencio y del maravilloso cielo estrellado de Prades. La dueña de la casa muy atenta y ya te deja instrucciones muy claras para no tener que quedar con ella y condicionar la hora de llegada. Aún así siempre se puede contactar con ella para cualquier cosa. Buena opción para disfrutar de este encantador pueblo y sus alrededores.

Reviewed By Fidel David BA última hora, por toda la situación actual que vivimos, nos decidimos a ir a Calafell, y encontramos esta opción que cubría nuestras necesidades, pues íbamos en familia. Nosotros estuvimos en las R22-1. Como medidas COVID, indicar que habían efectuado una limpieza con Ozono y también nos entregaron un pequeño dispensador de gel hidroalcohólico. Una casa adosada situada en segunda línea de mar, que forma parte de un grupo de casas adosadas, con su zona comunitaria y parking. El mar estaba a escasos 100m., muy buena ubicación. La casa estaba compuesta de cuatro habitaciones y tres baños, los tres con ducha o bañera, ideal. Cocina y comedor amplio. Desde la cocina se accedía a la piscina de la urbanización. La cual limpiaban cada día. Decidir que en la cocina, había un lavaba-platos y una lavadora, microondas, horno… de todo. También encontramos un kit de cosas básicas para la cocina, estropajo, bolsa de basura, pastillas para el lava-platos y la lavadora… bien. La casa disponía de aire-acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, lo curioso es que no había en el comedor, pero aprovechábamos que una de las habitaciones estaba en la planta baja para tener refrigerado el comedor y la cocina. El recinto de las piscina estaba compuesto de dos, una para peques y otra para mayores. La casa dispone de parking, pero es un parking común, en donde cada casa tiene su espacio de aparcamiento, nosotros pudimos colocar dos vehículos, uno de tamaño medio y otro más grande. También hay una pequeña terraza en la parte frontal de la casa, donde se puede comer. También hay una barbacoa. Sobre el precio, nos salió sobre 240€ por cabeza, éramos 7. La única pega de la estancia, es que no conseguimos conectarnos a ninguna de las wi-fi que nos facilitaron, pero tampoco era algo super importante. En líneas generales bien.

Super stylish and spacious
Reviewed By fussyWe were just two, so plenty of space in he apartment. Great to have a small balcony to take some sunshine on and also a kitchenette so could easily make snacks. Nice touches such as coffee, a bottle of wine, ice and ample toiletries made it very easy. Really central, great tapas bars nearby and owners restaurant recommendations worth following. Tarragona is a beautiful city and to us far preferable to the over touristy Barcelona. We would certainly return.
