The booking staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. A big TV! A slight mix up in our booking was compensated with a nice bottle of wine.

This resort was great. We paid more for a King bed spa room & it was well worth it. The room was lovely, spacious & updated. The indoor pool was one of the largest we had swum in at a hotel, also spacious & airy. We had decided to stay another night but unfortunately the All Seasons was fully booked.

Amazing stay with great views

Reviewed By Sam19283746563

Overall an amazing stay! We were on the 25th floor with an amazing view of the city and South Bank. Very accessible to city and trams. The rooms were large and looked after. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was horrible!! With no bath it was a shame the shower was so bad (worse than a motel). We turned the hot all the way up and the cold all the way down and was only just getting enough warm water. Apart from the shower pressure (and the kid infested pool at all times of the day) cannot fault this stay at all and will definitely come back to stay again.

When you have the most wonderful experience it is hard where to start. Reception were super friendly yet very professional. Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised how modern yet inviting the room was. Loved looking out our balcony to the beautiful architecture of the buildings. Everything you need is supplied and so clean and meticulous. Congratulations housekeeping. We also went to the restaurant for one of the best dinner’s we have had on our trip. Absolutely delicious and very generous. Staff were amazing and the young bartender was excellent (male) best espresso martini ?. We had a wonderful stay and are so thankful for the wonderful experience. Thank you reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff and bartender. One of the best establishments and we will not forget our wedding anniversary.

Average impersonal accommodation

Reviewed By mel_inholland

Average run of the mill accommodation. Suited for large wedding party guest accommodation but not a special personalised occasion. I requested a view but got the employee carpark & water tanks. The spa rooms are large & the spa nice but overall tired room. The day spa was still under construction. The best part of the stay was the food! Restaurant still lacks atmosphere (feels like a foyer) but taste was sensational.

We stayed in the Two Queen Bedroom Apartment. The girl on reception was lovely and friendly and gave us some really great recommendations for local things to see as well as places to eat - gratefully received as we were in town for a limited amount of time. Beds were super comfortable with nice linen. Everything was clean and tidy. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

We paid more for a King spa room but the room was tiny, had to move sideways past each other! The whole room was desperately in need of an update- TV very small & not smart. Leisure facilities good, but indoor table tennis table under a billiard table lamp- so it couldn’t be used. We did use the outdoor table though.
