Quo Vadis Dive Resort welcomes divers and non divers. Perfectly located along the shore line and only 3 minutes walk from Panagsama center with bars and restaurants. We are appreciated for our clean and peaceful surroundings, big clean rooms, good food and our 5 star PADI dive center.
Fantastic location, pleasant setting
Reviewed By Howard WThe loction is fantastic for accessing the beach and diving/snorkelling, we saw a number of turtles in the shallows directly in front of the hotel and the sardine run was within easy swimming distance. The resort is attractive, manicured garden and immaculate pool, everything has been looked after and the resort took covid cleaning seriously. The only reason I can't rate it higher would be the restaurant, where the breakfast in particular felt basic and not up to the standard of the rest of the resort.

Our beautiful, private, seaside resort accommodation is tucked away in a secluded corner of Mac Payong, just 30 meters from the 2km White Beach. Just a short drive away from Moalboal and Panagsama, it offers a quiet, idyllic setting for your holiday. The location couldn't get any better for diving as one of the best reefs in the area is directly in front of your ocean view room. The reef is perfect for beginner divers, and also for snorkelers. However the step walls make an exhilarating dive for seasoned advanced divers. The resort's architecture is a blend of Mediterranean and native styles incorporating local stone and thatched roof with white arches and Spanish tiles. Each room has either a large arched doorway or huge glass sliding doors to provide guests with amazing ocean views. Fall asleep after a hard day's dive to the sound of gentle waves and the wind gently blowing through the yucca trees. Office hours: 8am to 8pm Email to arrange airport pickup with a minimum of 24 hour notice. Check -ins are to be arranged in advance if past or before normal office hours.
Amazing stay at Blue Orchid Resort
Reviewed By Almog16388Michael and Narissa have been the most wonderful hosts throughout my trip and the whole staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed at the resort for about 10 days and by the end of my journey, I really felt like I was a part of the Blue Orchid Resort family. Some highlights for me were 1. the Room - very spacious and comfortable. The balcony opens up straight to the ocean and the view is unbeatable. The whole vibe is of that from one of Hemingway novels. 2. Scuba Diving - I did about 18-20 dives throughout the course of my stay. Jeff who is the dive master at the resort is full of knowledge and very keen on ensuring you get the best sights under water. I can be very confident in saying that after diving with Jeff, I am a much better diver. The location itself is great of diving as the resort beach access takes you strength to one of the most healthy coral reefs. I could do shore dives at my leisure and was always greeted with awesome aquatic life. 3 the hosts and staff - the resort owners (Michale and Narissa) have been the most cordial and forthcoming throughout my stay. In some cases they have gone out of their way to assist me. For instance my phone broke down during my stay and I tried fixing it with local shops but they could not. However Narissa and her brother helped out and ensured I had it working before I left. On my last day there, I was taken out on a waterfall tour and was very happy to spend time and space with Michael and Narissa. Overall I had a very good experience and I loved being at the Blue Orchid Resort and I would recommend anyone going to Moalboal to consider staying here. Until next time!

In Symbiosis with the Reef. Experience nature and well-being in harmony with the reef, in line with preserving the environment above and under water. That is our goal! A 5* boutique resort? Yes and now, it's Dolphin House! Our bungalows are at a good international 4* level, our aspirations in terms of cuisine, the dive center and Eco-tourism ambitions at minimal impact can be placed at a far superior level. We do not have rooms with sea view... because we do not want to ruin our beach opening. Only the restaurant and the dive centre are located directly by the sea. At the beach front, you will find plenty of loungers and little huts, "Tea Houses", slightly elevated, right in the shade of palm trees and greenery with a stunning view over the ocean.

The staff were lovely and always happy to help and arranging transport / tuktuks was super easy. The only thing we struggled with a little was the dinner menu for the kids as our kids are fussy eaters and wont eat certain foods, so we often ordered off the lunch menu for 5pm (cutoff time) or headed into town. But understandable for a small resort the smaller options. Otherwise breakfast was lovely and the Easter bbq dinner was delicious! Thanks so much Rudy and the team, we highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Moalboal. Its defnitley the best on the island!

Horrible reception desk service
Reviewed By tamikitaWe didn’t stay and we won’t ever. Today, 22nd March 2020 we were in the reception of this hotel to ask for a staying. We had a horrible experience at reception desk, where we have been treated like two uneducated outsiders. The Lady had no patience at all, when we asked her to repeat what she said (she is wearing a face mask and speaking broken English) she started to raise her voice on us in A really bad way. If it is how this hotel treat a possible guests I wish them good luck.

Nice place, out of town
Reviewed By WH69Solid self contained dive resort. Took a beating in the typhoon and getting back to top level again. A little far from the action in Moalboal though. Enjoyed some good dives although I thought about 6 to 8 dives covers the best the area offers.

Reviewed By joelb307If you want a great vacation for diving you can't beat Magic Island. Great resort and dive experience. It is a small intimate experience. I have been diving since 1979 and haven't had a better experience. There were 12 of us traveling and diving together. I would highly recommend this experience.

Away from it all! Quality, native styled cottages in a secluded landscaped garden environment on a 3,200 sq m lot facing the sea. Large rooms with queen bed. Looking west to Negros Island - great sunsets. Restaurant/bar on seafront with shaded outdoor dining area. Peaceful ambiance. Three sets of steps to sea with outdoor showers. Great snorkeling and SCUBA experiences on your doorstep - see the coral gardens and swim with a turtle.

First and foremost, the location is simply fantastic: it is away from the dirty, noisy streets of Panagsama (but still close enough to venture off to it if you wish to do so), on its own stretch of beach. The grounds are perfectly kept, the hammocks inviting, the breakfast/romantic dinner nook exceptional, and the rooms extremely clean. The snorkeling in front of the property is exquisite; to be able to swim just a few feet from your room and come across turtles, sea snakes, and beautiful fish after breakfast is not to be taken for granted (and it definitely wasn’t!). Aside from all of this, what made me not want to leave T-Breeze was the incredible food. And I mean incredible. Best in all of my 2 months in the Philippines incredible. In fact, my travel partner and I only had one meal outside of the resort and instantly regret it. Every single dish we ate over our 3 day stay was mouth-watering. The kitchen staff were super accommodating to us, as we are vegan, and we spent a large part of our day dreaming about our next meal (special shoutout to the monggo stew and mango shakes!) (Also, I admit we still dream about the food to this day, 3 months later). I’ll end my rant now but feel compelled to also mention that the owner, Steve, was happy to answer any and all questions about the area and that ALL of the staff was super friendly. Great resort near Pagnasama Beach
Reviewed By mel9661I stayed here as it was the location for a Filipino Martial Arts training camp. It was the perfect location not only for the camp but also for its amenities, hospitality, location and price. We arrived late at night, after midnight, and a security guard let us into our rooms. I shared a Family room with two queen beds with one of my students. The room was so large that we both had a lot of privacy. The air conditioner was a little loud, but other than that it was very comfortable. Only thing is wish is that they had wifi in the rooms. The daily complimentary breakfasts were good. They offered both Filipino and American. What we really enjoyed with their Davao brewed coffee. It was the best coffee we drank throughout our entire trip. The dinner selections were also very good. The open-air dining area was very clean and nice. Service was efficient and friendly . The resort offered a big clean pool, billiard table, lounge chairs and help with tours or renting motor bikes. It was was about 1 mile from busy Pagnasama Beach. This was a good round trip jog for me in the mornings. Along the way I would see normal life among the local residents. All n all I would come back here again.

Miinusta tulee läheisestä baarista kuuluvat karaoke laulut jotka jatkuivat yöllä n.2:30 asti.
