There are very nice people at the hotel, all where very friendly. The food was very good, everyday different food and it was good quallity. The rooms are really clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Reviewed By Storyteller315100The staff really make this hotel. We were a family group of 5. Our request to have 2 rooms together with a sea view were accommodated. We had one vegan guest and the staff never lost sight of this. The room sizes are excellent. The buffet was varied and fresh. The daily room service was faultless. It would be helpful to replenish the water within the mini fridges every day. Would defintiely return

The hotel is located at the centre of the Playa d’en Bossa, at the seafront in one of the most visited and popular areas of Ibiza. It is very close to the city centre, it is also close to fashionable clubs. The breakfast is awesome, so much choose you will always find something delicious to eat; and the pool it is like your own little beach club. But best of all are the staff! They make this hotel the special place it is. They are so kind, considerate and always willing to help and do that little bit extra. The Bellevue bar and Hayaca restaurant were fantastic, the drinks and food there were amazing and Laura and Victor were simply phenomenal. Thank you! I can't to come back again later this year, I am already planning my trip. 5 stars all the way!

Enjoyable and relaxing holiday
Reviewed By girliesholidayThis is a very quiet resort with only a few shops and restaurants. Although we did not have a car there is an excellent ferry service to many other towns including the city of Ibiza itself. The hotel was very welcoming and although our flight had been delayed by 16hrs they had provided a cold buffet for our 03:00am arrival!! All staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself very clean. When our hairdryer broke it was replaced within 1hr even though it was a Sunday. All in all once we had got over our delay we had a very relaxing holiday and would certainly visit again.

Customer Service is excellent, we had Sol from Guest Service to help us buy any type of tickets and answer all of our questions during our stay. Very pleased.

Reviewed By westwick12Excellent resort, beautiful location, great facilities, all laid out very well. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious drinks and very good food. Didn't try all the dinner options in the end but heard good things. Breakfast is delicious with a gorgeous view. Beds are so comfy, and sun loungers. Cab situation if going back and forth from hotel is tricky - not allowed to book ahead but timings could range from 15 mins to 1.5 hours for availability when you're ready to go. Hard to judge and to book meals out unless going earlier than necessary. Loved the stay and would love to go back.

The quality of the meat and fish could have been better for main dishes. However overall the hotel is quiet and classy which enabled us the chillax so we had a fab holiday.

Reviewed By jeanh269This hotel is absolutely gorgeous its one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we have traveled the world. This was our first visit to Ibiza and really enjoyed our stay. The inside is a beautiful hotel !! It is well situated, clean, well maintained it was a pleasure to stay there from the very first moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful our room was cleaned daily by very cheery happy staff who were really well presented !! The breakfast was fantastic and there was something for everyone. The swimming pool areas were immaculate and the DJ who was on during our stay John was amazing. The roof bar was also absolutely beautiful. I really can’t praise this hotel enough the staff in every part of the hotel obviously took pride in the hotel and were amazing!! Pablo the manager was really hands on and on one of the mornings at breakfast he spoke to people on each and every table nothing was too much trouble for him. We can honestly highly recommend this hotel !! My only request would be tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms other than that congratulations Melia on a superb hotel !!

Room.. pool… bar & staff all fabulous ! Booked direct on the hotel website as you can sign up for a 15 percent discount … shall be re booking for another 4 night get away. Book the garden room direct patio access to the fabulous pool..
