OLDER MOTEL, BUT EXCELLENT
Reviewed By LayliNThis is an older motel (pink tile in the bathroom!), but it is very well maintained and immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. I thought the price (about $135) seemed a little high, but found out after check in that it was graduation weekend at the university. We were traveling through on our way to visit family in Idaho, so didn't really have an option to choose a different time. Friendly staff - possibly family owned business?

The direction I was heading the morning of my checkout was under a winter storm warning. Being a Texan, I panicked, however, the front desk staff gave me pointers, calmed my fears, consequently we missed the entire storm! I can't thank her enough!! Overall a great value for the money

In saying when I stay in Heber I personally request to stay at the Holliday Inn, in heber. The rooms are always clean and most importantly don't smell, (lol I've stayed in a few stinky hotels) even though they are pet friendly. Breakfast I actually look forward too, great variety of different breakfast foods from fruit, to waffles everyday is different and hot and delicious. The staff is amazing they are willing too go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of and all my needs are met. In my opinion for the price ots the best hotel in Heber, Utah.

Reviewed By steveb1953We booked this place based solely on price, I have learned my lesson, The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is the breakfast, otherwise I would be embarrassed to give this place even one star. First, there is no elevator, only 2 narrow stairs. The desk chair in my room would not stay up, the seat raise/lower mechanism did not work at all. The easy chair was stained/dirty with a support rod right in the middle of the back. The heat/AC unit was very loud and despite running almost constantly for over 24 hours it smelled musty. The website said the hotel had high speed WiFi, I was never able to get more than 2 MB, which is fine for…oh wait, not fine for anything. 3+ minutes just to open up a simple email. When I went to the front desk to ask about the internet, I never ever found anyone. I know someone was there, just not at the front desk. The only good thing about this place is the breakfast, waffles, juice, sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt, standard fare for a continental breakfast and plentiful. Be careful about this place

They stole from me and when I asked them to recheck their roster she said that she didn't double charge me even though it came out of my account and I showed her my transaction history

Reviewed By RichKAdamsThe desk clerk was sick. She was constantly sucking in her sinus drainage through her nose. I asked her if she had the sniffles. She said "yes". SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK!. THIS WAS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC! It may be because she was sick, but she was very unfriendly. As the face of a hospitality business, you'd think that the first face you see when you enter is a hospitable face! In the morning when we were passing the front desk to bring stuff to the car, she was still there, behind the counter, wrapped in a blanket...SLEEPING.. There were stains that looked like blood or crap on the towels. We spilled some water on the floor in the room, after using a towel to dry the water, the towel was black. This told us the floor was filthy. The mattress was rock hard. There was only enough toilet paper in the bathroom for 1 use. There was NO breakfast. There was a sign on the counter stating so. So, if they didn't serve breakfast, don't you think the rate for room should have been cheaper? This Choice hotel was a HUGE disappointment. We called later that day (Thursday) to speak to a manager about our experience and we were told that a manager only works weekends after 2pm. We were told to call back then.

The place is a dump
Reviewed By bobcattoolcatno parking for pickup and trailer. You gotta stay across the street in some one elses property and hope that you dont get a ticket. My unit was a dump, big patch over shower area that a lazy teen ager must have done. TV was a huge fuzzy mess on analogue. door did not fit right I could see sun light all the way around it. The bugs thought a lose door was great. Windham name is crap to me. They have dumps on their site.
