First call to cancel , I was advised to call again on following Wednesday to speak with the manager. Was not able to receive refund, but was allowed to choose alternate date at same price. OK

Reviewed By 948sherryyFilthy and cold. There is no hair dryer, no coffee maker , no breakfast. It’s so noisy all-nighter long and some one try to open the door. They only have tiny bottle of shampoo in the bathroom. Over charged.

Reviewed By 194910Dirty room and motel. Lock broke and missing. Tv not working when arrive. No mirror above the bathroom sink. No towels or clean sheets on 2nd day. Furniture damaged and broke. Trash can outside door overflowing. No coffee told to walk to convenience store. Bad bad bad.

The transfer of rooms was easy buttttttt the next day after spending some time out I came back to being locked out of my room and all my belongs thrown away! There was no solution other than giving me a different room for my last night. I didn’t even receive a sorry!

Scariest hotel I've ever stayed at
Reviewed By kaitlyng821Horrible - dirty, gross, and scary. I told my kids not to take their socks off (including while sleeping). The bedspreads both had cigarette burns all over them and the TV wouldn't work. The gap under the door was so big I'm sure that all kinds of "critters" visit, although we were lucky enough not to experience that. Thank GOD we were only there for 1 night (out of necessity, not pleasure). I can't imagine taking a shower in that tub and I'm glad we didn't have to because we were only there overnight. The area and other guests were SUPER sketchy (to put it nicely). We were very out of place and it was unsettling to see a guy with his weed tray, smoking on the steps just outside our room. And there was someone banging violently on the door of the room next to us and yelling at like 1am or 2am. Startled us! The front desk staff was very polite and the quick access to the beach for a peek at the ocean was nice. That's it.

Decent if you just need a bed and a roof
Reviewed By Allison SI stayed one night while visiting friends. The room was shabby but seemed clean. The sheets had cigarette burn holes. The towels were thin and small. The door and lock seemed very flimsy. We spilled a drink on the sheets and went to the front desk to ask for clean ones around 9pm. They said they did not have a key to the linen room and the maid had left, so we didn't get clean sheets. Only plus is it is cheap and a walk across the street from the beach.

DISGUSTING!!!
Reviewed By 437ljpDisgusting. Sheets were not changed. Had hair & body fluids on them. Mattress cover had old blood stains, even the face towels were dirty. Toilet was filthy. Turn the ice bucket over, covered on the inside with black stuff & roaches ran out. Woke up to go the the bathroom, turned on the light - roaches EVERYWHERE. Paid $128 online for 2 nights & they charged $28 more when I arrived. $156 for what was advertised as $41/night. This place is not only a rip off but violates health code. We will be filing a complaint with enforcement.
